Sunshine Blogger Award!

Here we are folks with another award today!  Actually I might just make today award day since I have more to do yet.  So be prepared to maybe learn some more about this crazy guy today.  This award comes from my friend Stu over at https://stubaby777.wordpress.com and Stu has a great blog, if you haven’t checked him out then feel free to do so.  He is very straight talking and likes to have fun too!  Thank you so much Stu for this nomination and even though your questions are hard, I’m ready for the challenge.  I think.  Might need Muffins help though.😹

Here are the rules 🙂

• Thank the person who nominated you and provide a link back to him/her.

• Answer the 11 questions provided by the blogger who nominated you.

Here are my questions🤔🤔

1. What brings joy to your life? Wow, that would be a long list, so I will just pick a few. Family, friends, spending time with a special friend, Muffin, nature, walks, sunshine, rain, spring, sunrise, sunset, lakes, a Nice warm place (hey, he asked).

2. If money was not an issue, what would be your dream job? If money is not an issue, why work? But if that was part of the deal, studying the flora and fauna of a Nice warm place.

3. What are two gifts the Lord has blessed you with, spiritually or physically? Hmm, tough one. Does being fun count? Good listener. Writing perhaps. Helping. Have I got 2 yet?

4. What post or posts touched you so deeply that you felt “everyone needs to read this!”? Are you trying to get me in trouble? Pick one and everyone else will be mad.😠 Not me.🙄

5. Which blogger would you do a Blogger Spotlight on and why? Okay, never heard of this Blogger Spotlight before, 🤔sounds interesting. Another question to get me in trouble. If I pick one blogger everyone else gets mad. 😜Not me.🙄

6. What does love mean to you? Someone loves hard questions. Okay, people won’t agree with me on this one but that’s okay.  Love today has gotten mixed up and is associated just with sex.  That is part of love, only part. Love is so much more.  It is not just words, it’s actions.  It comes, not from words or from the head, but from the heart. Love doesn’t fade away over time. Love stays in good times, bad times, through arguments, through sickness. Love is true, pure. It’s just spending time with each other. Like an older couple I met, married over 50 years, sitting on a park bench holding hands looking at the lake. It would take a whole post, sorry.😀❤

7. If you could choose one attribute of Jesus to follow closer than any other, which one would it be? Love.

8. In your eyes, what is the hardest part of being a Christian? Temptation.

9. What do you want to be most remembered for? Someone is going to remember me? That is news. For being honest, trustworthy, a true friend, someone  you can talk to, and being fun also.🙂

10. Which Bible verse holds the most meaning to you and why? Muffin wants this one, any verse that talks about cats. Yes, there are, lions and leopards.😸😹

11. Since it’s July, how do you celebrate the 4th? The 4th what? Nobody wants to explain things to me. Okay, I know this one, I don’t. Hey, in Canada our day is July 1st!😄🎇🎆

Whew, Stu likes to make them tough.  How come people don’t like easy questions?  You know, color of eyes, color of hair, something easy.  Sigh. I didn’t do too well on this one, but hey, I didn’t want it to be too long.  Now for my questions:

      • Thanks Jyoti!! Maybe I will have to give it a try one of these days. Hmm, 11 hours difference, that’s a lot!! A busy morning with shopping and baking, working on my blog (easier part), cleaning.😵 So right now relaxing a bit,🙃 then I finish cleaning. I sure am doing great, a bit tired though, think I slept too much last night!😴😂

      • I love baking, but don’t like cooking! I know, I’m odd.😂Yes, Muffin slept through most of that award so my feet were safe for a change, until this last award anyway.😹I might give her a whole award to do again, she enjoyed the one she had.😂😹

      • You like baking too, that’s great! I always thought that was the best of the 2. Now however, I wish I had learned to cook.🤔 Oh well. Muffin will get one of my awards I think,😺 I know she loves helping, and it would save my feet!😂😹

    I believe if we’re impressed by someone or something we should say it and doesn’t matter if the others are jealous, this is how I think

    • Good morning/afternoon Huguette! True, for me I can find happiness in so many different things. Yes, I agree, normally I wouldn’t mind picking out someone but that makes it too easy.😂I just might do it in the near future though. I still have a ways to go to catch up on awards!   21. I’m sorry the questions were hard. I don’t know why I do that. Maybe it’s because I want people to really think.

    As always great and funny answers mixed in with seriousness that is needed. I enjoyed your answer on love. So true that many associate love and sex as being one. But it’s not. It is so much deeper than just the physical.

    Great job. Sorry it has taken me so long to read your answers 😦

    I feel like I’m letting everyone down by not being able to read their posts like I used to 😦

    • That’s okay, but hey, I have a hard time thinking! Even on easy questions!😂😹I wish I had done better on the love question though, but for me it would take a long answer to do it right. Maybe I should do a post on it one day.😃 Don’t worry about taking a while to read, even if you miss posts, not a problem. I’m having a terrible time trying to keep up with reading, just can’t do it or I would have no time for anything else.😕 And now that it’s summer, I’m just not inside like I am in the winter.🌞Never worry about it, just isn’t possible to read every post of everyone. If you have to miss some of mine to read someone else, that’s okay, I’ll understand! Enjoy your evening!!😄😸🌞

  22. Thanks for nominating me. I have a hard time posting in English, so you’ll excuse me if I answer you here.
    1. Brown. But sometimes they turn green.
    2. Brown. But they are starting to turn white…
    3. In Italy.
    4. I hate shopping on a busy day. I’d rather climb a mountain in bare feet!
    5. Absolutely yes. I can adapt very well!
    6. I am lucky to live in a house with a garden. And I am lucky enough to live in a small village with a few houses and to be surrounded by countryside and woods. Mine is an ‘italian’ view, because the spaces are very narrow compared to those you are used to.
    7. Fifty/fifty.
    8. Because I love being in nature, walking, running, cycling, climbing (easy things), skiing, snowshoeing, canoeing, take pictures of nature and do many other things that do not come to me at the moment. But then I also love sitting at home reading a book, listening to music or writing one of my stories. One thing does not exclude the other, otherwise I would go mad. It’s my balance.
    9. 166 cm.
    10. Yes, I have a cat (or maybe she owns me). Her name is Mila.
    11. I flew only once. If it happens, I’ll do it again. I have no problem flying, it’s just a matter of opportunity.
