Sunday’s Pictures #11.

Hello everyone!  Muffin here!  My human is still having problems so he asked me to do the picture post today.  We had quite a mix of weather this weekend with 2 inches (5cm) of rain, same for snow, it was cloudy and we had some sun!  But that’s kind of normal for our holiday weekend in October.  Here in Canada, this is Thanksgiving, the actual day being tomorrow, and my human will do that post, with my help of course.  But for our pictures today I thought perhaps a brief tour around town to see our fall scenery.IMG_0052

A sugar maple along one of our streets.  Not quite fully red, but he’s glad he got it anyway, this rain and wind has knocked the leaves off most trees now.

I hope you enjoyed this look around our town.  My human is going to do a tour of the town soon. Enjoy your Sunday and God bless!

Muffin, as meowed to my human, who still won’t let me do my own typing.

  1. Maple trees become red in Autumn and maybe this is why the Canadian flag has a red maple leaf inside it …🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
The Lebanese flag has a cedars tree sign in it…🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧🇱🇧

    • Yes, that is why the red leaf was chosen, but only the sugar maple and red maple turn red, the other maples are yellow. Maples don’t grow around here naturally, all have been planted over the years, starting about a hundred years ago. Thanks for stopping by Wael! Have a great remainder of your day!

    • I will be careful! Actually I have most of the pictures I want, just need 4 or 5 more and I can do the tour. Just Muffin and me for Thanksgiving so not doing anything special.😀😺🍁🍂
