Daily Pics #201.
Good morning everyone and Happy Sunday! It’s the first day of a new week. And it’s cool, windy, cloudy and raining. There is a strong northwest wind bringing some cool air in for a day or two. It really does not feel like summer this morning. And I didn’t sit on the deck with my coffee either. Good way to get wet. Sir George and Lady Pearl were the first gulls here this morning, followed later by Sir Henry. Coffee was the first chipmunk here today and he was having fun running off with the peanuts while no one was around to chase him. He is a baby chipmunk from this year, now on his own, and he can’t carry as many peanuts as the older chipmunks. But he happily runs off with one at a time.
He still won’t come near me yet, but that should change once I spend more time out there actually feeding them, and not just watching them. Skamper and Skatter were the next chipmunks to come and they were looking a bit wet since it was raining by then. Didn’t see any other chipmunks this morning. Runner was late showing up this morning. Perhaps he saw the rain and decided to sleep a little longer this morning. Smart squirrel. But Coffee got the entire first batch of peanuts anyway. Poor little guy, he has to make so many trips compared to the other chipmunks. But at least he will have a good winter supply of food.

That’s interesting, that you start your week with Monday, something I didn’t know.🤔 I guess you must be getting somewhat back to normal over in Italy now,😀 or is there still a lot of restrictions?😕

we must wear masks when we are indoors, we must keep our distance and make use of a lot of hydroalcoholic solution for the hands. Then every business has its own rules, so we still have several restrictions. But that’s okay.

People around here are strongly opposed to wearing masks. I always wear a mask though and some other people do as well.

The only supplier of foods to all of these little friends, Skamper and runners 😍 a baby chipmunk coffee must be cute to watch 😸😊. My Sunday is almost over now 😉🤔 so I am technically too late, or you guys are early 🙄. I would say you guys are early 😳😳😳. Have a beautiful Sunday🤗😸

Windy rainy day 🤔 why there is so many break in this summer. the summer break itself short and in that you got rain , hail storm, thunder storm.. 😉You can still have fun indoors, Muffin is there 😸😸 Have a peaceful night 😇

Summer weather is supposed to return again later this week. I hope so, there isn’t much summer time left!😳 It was only 15 this afternoon, that’s cold!😬 And a very strong north wind. But not much wind now and the sun is shining again.😁🌞

These sweet animals and birds are such a joy to watch ! And to talk about ! Our chickadees still come to our feeders…hmmm….I wonder whether this is a good sign or not !☕️☕️🐿🥜🍪🍪‼️

Not bad, I haven’t had chickadees around for some time now. Only goldfinches and purple finches are regular and a family of chipping sparrows. Have a nice evening!😀😺🌞☕☕
