Hi everyone! How are you all today? I hope it has been a good day for you. And for some of you, it’s the start of a new day, so Happy Friday to you. It has been a great day here at Steve’s Country, but I’ll tell you about that another time. Right now we are here to enjoy a wonderful tag, The Small Joys Tag! Fifteen Small Joys!

  1. Chipmunks crawling all over me.
  2. A soft summer shower.
  3. A summer sunrise.
  4. Looking at a flower so tiny I had to use my magnifying glass to see it properly, and on this flower was the tiniest little insect getting some nectar and pollinating this tiny flower. God is amazing.
  5. Having a little chickadee sit on my hand.
  6. Rubbing a chipmunks tummy.
  7. Having a flying squirrel sit on my hand while I pet him.
  8. Muffin curled up on my lap purring.
  9. Listening to loons calling at night.
  10. Listening to thrushes sing late into the evening.
  11. Watching a summer sunset across the lake.
  12. Muffin=Sleeping with my human.
  13. Muffin=Bouncing on my human.
  14. Muffin=Playing fuzzball with my human.
  15. Muffin=Sleeping by my open window in summer enjoying all the sounds outside.

  1. i guess the bubonic plague is not in your area??? here in california, the squirrels carry the fleas that carry the plague. so i would think if it is in your area the chipmunks could carry it too

    • That is such fun, rubbing a chipmunks tummy, I was doing it just yesterday with Skamper.😃🐿I hope you get to enjoy it one day!
      Meow, meow!=Thank you Ribana! Yep, I like his purring, but he only give me 4 spots on list.😾 Next time we share equal, he promise after I back him into corner!😹😳
