Good morning and Happy Monday everyone! Thick clouds up there again this morning making it a very dull looking kind of day. Which also makes it dark inside so lights are necessary. I could walk around here without lights, but I would be kicking my toes all the time on something. I do that a lot anyway. No point in making it worse. You should see all the bruises on my toes. Okay, right now there’s only 2 bruises. From 2 separate kicks. Hard kicks. On the same day yet. Sigh. I’m sure I saw Muffin rolling on the floor laughing. She claims she was rubbing her back. Yes, I know. That’s my over active imagination again. But I have to stay in practice for my story writing.
Don’t forget, a new exciting chapter comes out today! I hope it’s exciting anyway. Hmm, I got off track in my thoughts again. Back to this morning. As I look out the window there are some lazy snowflakes drifting down from the clouds, bouncing around a bit in the wind. It isn’t going to add up to anything, just some snowflakes. We really don’t have much snow, barely an inch (2.5cm) on the ground. A bit unusual, but not totally, it happens like this sometimes. There have been years when we don’t get more than 2 or 3 inches until into January. Then it starts to snow. And doesn’t want to quit. But, we get what we get. Personally I don’t mind having very little snow. Less shoveling. And that’s always a plus.
Guess I will keep this a bit shorter today, I was out shopping this morning so this got to be a bit late. So, for our pics today are two little redpolls, the featured image is the female redpoll and the pic above is the male. Thank you so much for stopping by this today! I hope you all have a wonderful day and God bless!
Steve and Muffin.
