Hello once again! Here we are with another look at some natural art. The way these branches radiate out from this beautiful tall red pine is definitely a nice example of art in nature. Although looking up so high kind of makes me a bit dizzy. I had to lie down on my back in the snow to get this picture. I hope you have a great day and God bless!

Speaking of messed up, we got 9 inches of snow last night!! Heavy type snow too. There are some fence posts out here that are 4 feet tall and are barely sticking out of the snow now!š£š³š²ššš

Wow!! Watch out for the spring melt down!! I hope it’s gradual!! A lot of flooding otherwise!!

We don’t need to worry about flooding here. A fast melt is best or we will have a very late spring with all this snow. Plus a slow melt means lots of ice to deal with for a month or more.š³ššÆšš¤

I guess it’s different there… in MN a slow gradual melt is best. It gives the ground a chance to thaw and absorb the water and not so much standing water that causes flooding.

There is so many hills and lakes that flooding just doesn’t really happen. Here the ground is never thawed until the snow is basically gone.

Yes, it helps to focus the light on the subject better, especially in areas with little light or on small objects like some of the wildflowers. Plus it can help stop wind so the flowers won’t move around.šš·

You would have to mention spiders. I was going to buy a book on spider ID for our area, but it looked too scary, so I didn’t.š²š²š²š¤Æš¤Æ
