Be Grateful Every Day. #3

Hello to all of you again today! We have so much to be grateful for, and yet we often spend more time grumbling than anything else. Yet, being grateful, which equals being thankful, which equals being satisfied, is a far better thing to do. It will help us to relax and be much happier. That in turn will make us feel much better both physically and mentally. I thank God for the good and the bad, both help me to grow stronger. Have a great day everyone and God bless!

      • I wanted to ask this for a long time. What is this term “The prodigal son returns” why they use it, where to use it 🤔 any idea??

      • This comes from the Bible. I will try to keep it short. There was a rich man who divided his wealth between his 2 sons while he was still alive. The youngest son took his inheritance and moved away, spending his fortune foolishly and shaming himself and his family. Finally he ended up begging for food and no one helped him. Then he decided to go back home and apologize to his father and ask to be made one of the servants. His father however, saw him coming back and ran to meet him and made him one of the family again, not a servant. So a “prodigal” son, is one that goes off in a wrong way and gets himself in trouble, but ends up realizing that he did things wrong, so he comes back. That is “the prodigal son returns” phrase.
