Muffin’s Mewsings #2.

Hi everyone,😺 Muffin here! I finally back with my second “weekly” Mewsings. This should be third Mewsings, but somehow missed last Sunday because my human did something else instead. He do part 2 of his snowshoeing adventure. I must say though, it was funny, had me rolling with laughter at thought of him hanging almost upside down in deep snow. He always do such funny things! However, taking my weekly spot, that not so funny. I wonder if all humans like that? Like my human in his story I mean. Very strange behavior anyway. Why he want to do such things, very hard to understand. Then he go out playing with bears! Sometimes I think he hit his head too many times, not think right anymore.😹

Every night it same thing. I wake up and want to do things and what my human do? He go to bed! At night! That best time to be awake, that when all exciting things happen. All those animals outside he not see because he want to sleep. We actually get some sunshine one day last week, that not happen very often this winter. Clouds, clouds every day, how I wish they go away. But they don’t. Anyway, we get sunny day so I go up to my favorite spot on TV cabinet and sleep in sun. My human like to keep some plants up there too, so they get sunshine. But there lots of room to curl up for me.

But sometimes I like to stretch a bit, when sleeping in sun especially. So I stretch. Not my fault that plants move so easily. My human sitting at his box thingy and he look at me, oh my, should have seen look on his face!🙀 He got up quick as he could, which not very fast, but that different story. Down go plant onto floor and wow, look at dirt fly all over the place. Too bad he just water it so dirt wet, all over carpet. He just stand there looking. He think dirt going to jump back in pot if he stare long enough?😸

Then he notice second plant on other side that almost slipping off cabinet too. He run over to catch it but guess he forget about wet dirt, which he step in, which make him jump a bit, which make him push plant off cabinet on other side. Now wet dirt behind cabinet too. Can’t blame me for that one, he knock it off. That mean one for each of us!😹 He just stand there with head down doing human purring again. So sweet! Oh well, he not need all those plants anyway. He have lots more.

Then he take off dirty sock so he not drag dirt all over apartment. He stand on one foot while doing this, not good idea. He start losing balance and hop all around in dirt, make big mess. And he worried about me making mess, he worse. But he kept on with human purring a long time so I know he happy even after making mess. My human good that way. Still not sure why he call it groaning, human purring nicer name, and it sound nice too. But it such good day with all that sunshine. Well, that all for today, thank you for reading my Mewsings!     • Actually she was referring to me playing with the bears from my last post in Steve’s Journal on Thursday. Though I wasn’t really playing but it did seem like it with one bear as we each pushed on the car door several times.

  3. Now listen Muffin. Your human need lots of taking care of. Try to be more careful. We know you don’t push plants around on purpose but do be careful. Mud is hard to clean.

    • Yep, that true, but he need to find other place for his plants, I like to stretch in sunshine. I tried to help him clean up mud one other time, but that for another story.😹😳

    • Thank you for reading!😺 Yep, me like plants but that only window that gets sun in winter, plants need to share, they take up most sun now. Oh well, now there less plants so more sun to share.😹🌞🌱🥀💐

  7. Ha ha that was funny 😂😂. I wonder too, why isnt it called human purring 🤔 why groaning🤔 hmm strange isnt it😂 Oh poor Steve, being through a lot 😐 amaybe Muffin u should give a mouth😁😋 like a soft bite help 😉😂. Enjoyed reading it…😂✨👏
