Muffin’s Fun! #54

Hi, ho everyone!😺 I back again with more fun to share with you all. It kinda rainy and wet here today, good napping weather. But really, any weather is good napping weather. Just need to know how to nap. Then it easy, no matter what weather is like. Best way to nap is find sunshine, lie down, close eyes, start snoring. Very simple really. I hard at work to find funnies to share with you this week. I try hard to find more funnies for next week too. We up really super early again today so I all played out already. My human agrees. And he not even playing. Oh well, here is funnies for today…

One caller to our phone support service gave me his name, number and message and then said, “You know my name. What’s yours?”

“We’re not allowed to give our names,” I replied, “but my operator number is 4136”

Sounding disappointed, he said, “May I call you by your first digit or would that be too personal?”

The irate customer calling the newspaper office loudly demanded to know where her Sunday edition was.

“Ma’am,” said the employee, “today is Saturday. The Sunday paper is not delivered until Sunday.”

There was a long pause on the other end of the phone, followed by a ray of recognition.

“I’ll bet that’s why no one was in church today too.”

Golf balls are like eggs…they are both white, sold by the dozen, and a
week later you have to go out and buy more.

An older man is on the operating table awaiting surgery. He has insisted that his son, a renowned surgeon, perform the operation. He is about to receive the anesthesia when he asks to speak to his son.

“Yes, Dad, what is it?”

“Don’t be nervous, do your best, and just remember, if it doesn’t go well, if something happens to me, your mother is going to come and live with you and your wife.”

For the group of ladies called Moms Who Care. Their meeting is cancelled this week, so there will be no Moms who care this week.

Dogs lick you because they love you. Cats lick you because you had chicken for dinner.
