Hi everyone and Happy Friday! It is a beautiful day here, at least so far, although clouds do seem to be taking over and trying hard to block that nice sunshine. Oh well, if it does, it does.
Jasper is a good one to tell us about today’s old country saying. He knows from experience that this one is true. He seldom won with those chipmunks, but he finally did learn to get along with them. Have a great day and a wonderful weekend everyone and God bless!

Hi Huguette!🙂 So nice to hear from you again! A lot has happened since we last spoke. I have moved from my old apartment to a larger apartment building, on the 6th floor. No more feeding birds or other critters. I had a serious accident, had Covid (the original one) from which I have never fully recovered.
Muffin is slowing down a lot, due to age, but still a joy to have around.😊😺
Even though blogging is not what it used to be, I still enjoy it and have a small group of faithful readers.😊

Hey Steve 😊 I can’t remember if we spoke after Covid but thanks God that you’ve beaten it, what a era! I still didn’t recover completely from my first time had Covid and also lost my father to it.
Lot happened in Lebanon in addition to Covid, we experienced a total economic collapse, we lost all our money in banks, lost our jobs, inflation rate is crazy. Lebanese pounds lost its value completely. Now the south in war…basically it has been hell, this is why I found my self not being able to commit here and I lost also my community. I created a website but had to deleted it for financial issues. People really don’t get how hard it is in countries like ours.
We are all getting older😅 but wish you and Muffin good health and energy to keep going.
I remember there were lot of issues with the old apartment so hope the new one is comfortable and troubles free.😄

Yes, I have noticed all the problems in Lebanon and wondered how you were doing. So many terrible things happening.
Yes, this apartment is very nice, quite a bit larger than the other one and no real issues with it. But moving here I lost all of my hobbies so it has been a bit difficult adjusting, but I am getting there. Can’t complain anyway, I do like it here.😀😻
