My Blog Disappeared! Again!
Hi everyone! It has been an interesting week, which started last week. I logged in to my blog and found out it wasn’t there. No posts, no photos, nothing. I was unable to even read your posts and when I finally could read them, I was unable to leave a comment or hit the like button. It is still that way, so that is why I have not been around lately. I am still trying to get things fixed. It was working for a day and a half, then it disappeared again.
I can see my blog when I type in my blog name. It is there to read, but I can’t see it when I log in. Sigh. So, how can I post anything? It isn’t easy. But because I can write guest posts on a couple of other blogs, and I can still log in to those, then I can write something and transfer it to my blog. Except without photos. Except sometimes. Anyway, I can’t even use the WP help button, it doesn’t work and I can’t contact the happiness engineers, or whatever they are called.
I have noticed that WP is bringing in some changes again and maybe that is why the problem. It is a bit frustrating though, especially since I am paying for this blog. I can still see and answer your comments though, so that is good. Oh well, just wanted to let you know what is happening and hopefully it will get fixed soon, but I may not publish much until it is fixed. Have a great day everyone and God bless!

I think they randomly troll us, and then pick someone to play with for awhile, then move on. 🙂

Again? There are enough changes that needed bug fix isn’t it? 😁Can anyone remind WP team to check out the bugs first? 🥸Did they just bug spray and forgotten about the issues? 😅😂😂 they and their upgrades 🤨 Even iPhones wait a year for the same face and call it a face lift. 😒🤪😜

Yep, it disappeared last week, then came back for a day and a half, then it disappeared again. Now it is back again, with a few minor changes that WP introduced.🙄 Yes, I agree, they should fix things first before making any new changes.😒 Have a great day Simon!😊😻🌞☕☕

At least you got your blog back and someone didn’t steal it! At least there’s a happy ending despite all of the frustrations you went through on your blog.

Yeah, except it disappeared again, but only for 2 days this time, that makes 3 times in the last 10 days. It is back again today, with a few minor changes that WP added, nothing spectacular though. Just a bit annoying though since I pay for this blog, so it would be nice to have it working all the time. If you are using the Classic Editor, it is being “retired” and no longer supported. The idiot bigwigs at WP don’t think they can keep it, which given computing power these days is absurd.

No, I switched to the new block editor almost as soon as it came out and I like it Yep, lots of people still like using the Classic version, but things keep changing. My blog is back now and I pray it stays that way. Have a great day and God bless C A!😊😺☕☕🌞
