Hi again everyone! Well, yesterday I mentioned mushrooms in my solitude post and this is one of the mushrooms I spotted on Friday while walking to the river. There were several of them all in one area and not very big, about 3 inches (7.5cm) tall. I had to lie down on my stomach to get this shot, even then it was not very easy to do. But I am glad it came out quite well. I always like to take pics of the underside of mushrooms, without disturbing them. I am not sure of the name for this one. Hi everyone! Well, on my trip to the river on Friday there were lots of white pelicans swimming around and sitting on shore. It took a few tries of calling to get one of them to look my way but he did so very nicely and I quickly clicked. They are a beautiful large bird and getting one looking at me was a nice bonus for my day. Enjoy your day everyone and God bless!
