For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi everyone and welcome to another, well, kind of an award that isn’t an award. Guess that’s why it’s called a tag. Anyway, I got tagged for this one quite a while ago by Lydia and I’m finally getting it done. Sorry I’m so late Lydia but thank you so very much for tagging me for this tag which I have never been tagged for before you tagged me for this tag. I think. Anyway, thanks again and I better get going before I get myself dizzy getting this figured out. If you have never checked Lydia’s blog, please do so! It’s well worth the trip over there.

Walking down along the river the other day, the water was so calm and peaceful looking. So the words to this poem started to come to me as I walked. I hope you enjoy.
Calm
Walking along the river shore,
Nice and calm, who could ask for more?
Wonderful place to lose all stress,
Which clutters our minds with such mess.
Autumn’s sun provides lovely heat,
Colorful leaves under my feet.
Water calm, yet moving so swift,
A scene that gives my heart a lift.
Sun shining on the trees of gold,
Amidst the green, looking so bold.
Mirrored in the water so clear,
A joyous time, just to be here.
Walking along the river shore,
Peaceful and calm, beauty and more.
