Muffin’s Morning.

Hello everyone!  My owner is letting me do a blog post today, but of course he has to translate it for me.  But I am on his lap watching that computer thingy to make sure he gets it right.  Otherwise I will have to visit his feet!  And I let him know that too.  It’s always important to let our owners know who is really in charge of things.  Can’t let them think they are too smart.

I like my little bed.

I really enjoy when my owner tries to cook something.  I always end up with some interesting food to try out.  He doesn’t eat it anyway.  For some reason he always throws it on the floor.  Very odd behavior really.  Like the other day he is going to fry some eggs for breakfast.  Great!  I love eggs.  So he picks up an egg and tosses it on his foot.  Can you believe that?  Then he stands there looking at his foot and mumbling something about changing his socks again.  He changes his socks a lot.  After changing his socks he comes back to fry the eggs.

Why does my owner always have to take pictures of me?

Guess he cracked that one egg too hard.  It went all over the stove, smelled terrible.  My owner was jumping and wiped his hand on his jeans.  Then he stopped and looked at his jeans.   Then he left to change his clothes.  At least he didn’t have to change his socks.  By the time he got back the other egg was burnt.  He put it out for the birds.  Then he tried again.  One thing about my owner, he doesn’t give up easily.

This time all went well.  He slid the eggs onto his plate and they kept on going.  One went on the floor, that one was mine!  The other one ended up in the sink with my owner staring in unbelief at what just happened.  I enjoyed my egg.  My owner enjoyed his toast.

He’s back with that camera again when I’m trying to sleep! Go away!

The he bakes some blueberry cupcakes with maple icing (frosting to some of you).  My favorite snack.  He brought 2 of them and put on the table by his chair and went to get his coffee.  He then sat down and picked up his cupcakes.  He just stared at them for some reason.  Just because I licked the icing off them.  Amazing how long he stared at those cupcakes.  Then he gave them to the birds.  Very strange behavior from my owner sometimes.  It can get embarrassing!

I enjoy entertaining my owner too.  He gets so excited by the simplest things, it’s really great fun.  I was sitting beside his favorite aloe vera plant the other day, just sniffing it like I usually do.  Then my owner looked over at me.  That plant is big and kind of leans to one side.  When my owner looked over I gave a little push on the plant.  Over it went. You should have seen the look on my owners face!  Priceless!  I wish I knew how to use his camera, that would have made such a great picture.  I don’t think I have ever seen his eyes get so big before.  Then he jumped and grabbed his head.  Not sure why he grabbed his head, unless he was worried it might fly off or something.

My owner is letting me use some of his pictures. This is a poppy from the landlord’s garden.

He ran over to the plant, not sure why he was in such a hurry, the plant was already on the floor and wasn’t going anywhere.  He stood and stared again.  He does that a lot.  He picked up the plant and put it back.  Then he looked at all the dirt on the carpet.  At least it was dry dirt this time.  Then while he was cleaning up the mess the plant fell over all by itself and landed right on my owners head!  Wow, was that funny!  My owner didn’t see the humor in it for some reason.  He kept rubbing his head.  His favorite plant is now broken.  For some reason he thinks I pushed it over the second time too.  But I didn’t, I wasn’t even close enough.

My poor owner.  So many things happen to him.  He won’t even let me tell everything. Very strange behavior indeed.  One of these days he is going to hurt himself doing these odd things.  Good thing I’m here to help him.  Well, I guess that will be all for today.  But my owner has promised to let me do this again so that will be fun.  Like my owner always says, Have a great day and God bless!
