For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi to everyone out there in blogging land! And a big Meow to all my cat readers too! Yesterday such nice, sunny day. But also very windy. Cats not like wind. Make it too hard to hear and cats need to hear what goes on around them. Dangerous when not can hear. But it safe on balcony room. Balcony room actually outside. Yesterday something happen to me, but I going to let my human tell about that one. Just when I promise not to bite his legs for one whole week, then he do something like he did yesterday. So, I just had to bite leg. Have to be consistent when training humans or they forget too easy. Sigh. Me think my human is extra slow learner type. Oh well. Here is funnies for today…

We had the girls bodies removed, plus Cassie also picked up by helicopter before the police arrived and we just acted like nothing happened. Even the hotel staff said nothing had happened, for which we thanked them. The hotel owner knew all about Raymundo and knew we were trying to stop him, so that was good enough for him.
He had a granddaughter who had gotten involved with Raymundo’s organization as a model and ended up being killed at just 16. So this man and his wife are very eager to help us. Maybe if we can make things hard enough for Raymundo then Mike will not want to get involved here. Doubtful though, I guess. We will need to make things very hard for her after she gets here, and maybe that will discourage her from coming here.
But I think the only thing that will stop her for sure, is to stop Mike herself, so that is what we will try to do. First we need to pay a visit to Raymundo and let him know he made a very big mistake to attack and kill two of our girls. Sky will be sending more of our girls to us and they will arrive later today. I decided we may as well wait for them since Raymundo’s nightclubs do not open until this evening anyway.
“Steve, as I mentioned before, I know where Mike will likely hide out when she gets here,” said Melanie, “there are only 2 places that I picked out for her. But because I have come over to you, and she will guess that is what I have done, then she will likely try to set a trap for you at both of those places. It would be better for you to stay away from those places.
I was thinking, why not let Raymundo and Mike fight it out together, then you can wait around and deal with the winner.” “Not a bad idea,” I said, “but Mike is likely to be the winner, and that could be dangerous. I like the idea though, but perhaps we will need to join up with Raymundo to give him the edge that he needs to win. But first, we pay him a visit.” Right then Aari called to give us an update.
Apparently Eina knew about what was going on, mostly anyway, though she did not know about their kids being involved with other kids like they were. At first Albano’s shop was just going to be a pick up spot for gems by Raymundo’s customers, then it just got worse and worse. Raymundo threatened Eina and the kids to keep Albano in line and working for him.
She screamed and dropped to her knees, crying uncontrollably, when she found out about their 2 little kids being involved in porn videos. She also knew nothing about Mike, the only other organization she knew about was one that was competing with Raymundo for business. They had fought a bit before, three people on each side had been killed over the last 18 months. This other organization was called ‘The Arrow Group’, and was originally from Mexico.
We had also removed the two men that had attacked us, before the police arrived. We did notice that both of them had an arrow tattoo on their left arm. Maybe they thought we were trying to move in and take over Raymundo and they wanted to warn us not to get involved. They went about it the wrong way, this is how to get us involved and we will pay them a visit also.
Meanwhile, later that day. “Ah, Raymundo, my good man,” said Mandar, “it seems you have more than one enemy interested in your territory, though I think that Mike is the greatest of your worries.” “I never worry about enemies Mandar,” he replied as he sat down, “and if you are referring to Steve’s Wildcats, they are not a problem for me.”
“I do think you should be more concerned about them,” said Mandar, “they are a bigger organization than they appear to be at first glance. But I was referring more to one calling themselves ‘The Arrow Group’.” “Hmm, you certainly can find information quickly Mandar,” said Raymundo, “yet you do not seem to have many men working for you.”
“I prefer to keep my resources hidden until they are necessary,” said Mandar smiling, “which brings up a point, I would be willing to help you push this Mike person back to Canada where she belongs. Her organization is large, as I have mentioned, and she would be bothersome for both of us if we allowed her to get a foothold here in Europe.” “Well, that is something to think about,” said Raymundo, “hitting her fast and hard right at the start should make her think twice about doing business here.”
Just then Steve and his Wildcats came bursting into the club, knocking the door guards out cold. I then shot the two men behind the bar, but with my dart gun. Felipe stood up and pulled his gun but it did not work for him. “Sit down Felipe,” I said, “or my wife will knock you right across that table.” Raymundo told Felipe to sit and I held out my hand to Felipe. Raymundo nodded and Felipe handed me his gun.
“You are a foolish man Raymundo,” I said, “I thought our first visit would have convinced you we meant business. Well, hi to you also Mandar, what interesting company you keep at times.” “My friends are my business,” he said coldly. “True, but you need better quality friends,” I said smiling, “ones who are not so stupid. You should not have sent those men today Raymundo, and killing two of my Wildcats, that was total stupidity on your part.”
Penny and Ginnifer looked at me with surprise when they heard that news. “I did not send anyone after you today,” he said, “you need to get your facts straight.” “Roll up your sleeve Felipe,” I said, “the left one.” He just sat there so Jennifer hit him on the back of his neck, then grabbed his long hair and pulled his head back while I punched his stomach.
I then rolled up his sleeve revealing an arrow tattoo. “You dirty traitor!” yelled Raymundo, “Carlos, Luis, take this traitor downstairs, get some information from him!” “Before you do that Raymundo,” I said, “I want information from you. Where is the Arrow Group? And if you lie to me, I will destroy you, and I have the resources to do that, in this city right now…”
To Be Continued.
