For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi again everyone! Well, here we are with another bird photo for you, or actually, two this time, though it’s the same species of bird. But here we have both the male and female. Are you able to tell which is which, or at least, be able to tell the difference between the two photos? I will tell you which is male and which is female, you can guess the difference between the two.

This first photo is the Female Pileated Woodpecker.

This second photo is the Male Pileated Woodpecker.
They are a large and beautiful woodpecker, about the size of a crow. They can be attracted to bird feeders, though it is not very common. Have a great day everyone and God bless!

Hi everyone and Happy Monday! Well, here we are with another photo of something that is both odd and beautiful, and definitely part of nature. I have talked about mushrooms a lot and will continue to talk about them in the new year. But for now, here is one that I haven’t mentioned and it certainly is odd looking for a mushroom.

This is the Decorated Pholiota.
I have mentioned other pholiota species before, there are several of them and all are beautiful besides being a bit odd looking. I hope you enjoy it. Have a great week everyone and God bless!
