Some Favorite Bird Photos. #1
Hi again everyone! Today I begin showing some of my favorite bird photos, and I will do one each day until the end of the year. These photos are not necessarily my top favorite bird photos, but they are still among my favorites.
Some you might have seen before, others you probably have not seen, since I have not shown them, although I likely have shown photos of that particular species before, just not the same photo. Did I confuse you now? I think I might have confused myself, which is why I asked. Sigh.
Anyway, we start off with the White-throated Sparrow above, one of our common summer visitors.

Oddities and Beauty in Nature. #12
Hi everyone! Here it is, Christmas Eve day already, time flies so fast! Anyway, today we have another oddity for you to enjoy. This is a photo that some of you might remember, but I know some of you have not seen it before and it’s such a good one that I just had to show it again.
You might need to have a good imagination for this one too, but, can you see the owl?
I didn’t really notice it that well until after I took the picture, but it’s there, just look closely. All too often we overlook these little oddities, but they are all around us. Have a very Merry Christmas everyone and God bless!
