I Think Of You…A Poem.

Blue forget-me-nots

I Think Of You

Sitting here I wait for spring,

Birds will come and loudly sing,

Weather fair and skies of blue,

Now’s the time I think of you.

Warm south winds will surely blow,

Which will help melt all that snow,

Sunny days will not be few,

Now’s the time I think of you.

Flowers bloom with colors bright,

They make each day feel just right,

Trees, filled with green, show up too,

Now’s the time I think of you.

To all my friends, that I know,

Cloud-filled days will surely go,

The sun returns, it is true,

Now’s the time I think of you.

    • Good morning Pene! Thank you so much! Yes, I think all of us need some sunny spring thoughts these days. That’s why I switched back to flowers on my daily pics, they’re nice and cheery. Hope you have a wonderful day!πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ΊπŸŒžβ˜•

      • Thanks Pene! We’re trying, nothing much is open in town now. Couldn’t even get my medication because the pharmacy is closed. There is a way to get it though, but I have to wait until tomorrow. A day without medication. But this is life for awhile. Just would be nice to have some warning about changes like that. Muffin is enjoying her sunshine and I will too!πŸ˜πŸ˜ΈπŸŒžβ˜•β˜•

      • Yes I don”t like the sound of that, some meds are necessary and timed. The pharmacy should be more responsible and at least cater to a drive thru or delivery service, and most certainly prior notice to ensure a proper supply.

      • Yes, prior notice should have been given. A day without my meds throws me into extreme pain and then it takes several days to get it under control again. But the sun still shines, that’s the main thing!😁😸🌞

      • Yes, today I must take it easy and hopefully things won’t get too bad. Thank you.
Half full is always the best way! Always look for the sunshine, it’s there!πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ΊπŸŒž
