Today we talk more about being outside. Remember, going outside each day is good for health, both physical and mental health. It always feel better when outside. Being outside reduce stress, help get rid of discouragement and depression. Should always spend some time outside each day, even 5 or 10 minutes to start is better than nothing. After a while you will want to spend more time outside. It good for body and mind. Try going to park, or greenspace. Go where you can walk or ride bike. Make it habit to go outside every day.
