Karin stopped immediately when she saw Storm standing in front of the door, preventing her from leaving. Meowr?=Why you turn bad and try to kill human Steve? You help him once time, and he help you in end so you get new life and lots money. Now you hate him, try kill him and wife Sky. “You talk, just like Muffin and Mr. Cat,” she said, “does Steve still have them too?”
Meowr.=Muffin still okay, but Mr. Cat killed by bad man. Now, you answer my question. “I have not tried to kill Steve,” she said, “or anyone else. Uncle Andy got me involved in this organization because I had money he needed for it. I did not know what it was all about at first. Once I did there was no way to get out, without being killed. I tried to contact Steve once and Uncle Andy caught me.
I will not say what he did to me, it was too horrible. I wanted Steve to help me get out, now it is too late. My only part here was doing the voice of Mr. Fenn so Uncle Andy and Joshua could not be blamed totally for everything, it would be blamed on someone who did not exist. I do not know why I keep calling him Uncle Andy, he is not my real uncle, he just demanded I call him that after, well, after that time.”
She sat down on the bed and began sobbing. Storm just stood in front of the door watching her carefully in case she was tricking him, though he really thought she was being truthful. Meowr.=You can help now, you tell police what they need know about organ, um organ eyes nation, and we help you. She looked down at Storm standing there. “It is too late,” she said, “what is your name?”
Meowr.=Name is Storm. It not never too late. You help, we help. “I wish it could be that way Storm,” she said with her head down, “but it will mean prison for me and that would be for a very long time, maybe the rest of my life. I could not handle that.” Meowr.=No, not true, not have to be prison. Human Charly not part of this, same with human Karin, only Mr. Fenn, and now he not real, or maybe human Andy is real Mr. Fenn.
“Andy is the one who tried to kill your Sky and others at the chateau,” she told him, “by using that virus. He wanted to hurt Steve so much because Steve killed his cousin who went by the name M.” Then she really started crying. “I want out of this Storm,” she said loudly, “can you really help me? Will I just end up in prison all alone?”
Meowr.=We help for sure, I promise, but you must promise too. Suddenly Karin pulled out a gun from behind her back and put it to her head. At that moment, since all was quiet in the living room, though all was not well, Kat realized that Storm was still not out here so she went back to the bedroom to look for him.
Before she arrived, there was a shot from the bedroom and that made her run fast. Now, backing up a bit, out in the living room things had become hot as Andy Bannerman and gunmen entered the room from the kitchen, shooting wildly as they entered. We did not have much chance, but the rest of the team, who had already surrounded the house, came crashing in through both front and back doors just as Kat arrived as well.
Shooting continued, but Andy was off to the side while each of his men fell to the floor. “Okay big man,” said Kat, “let me see how you fight now.” She kicked the gun out of his hand, then kicked twice to his stomach, but she felt his protection still in place. He laughed, but she then kicked his left knee hard causing him to fall, but he tried to grab her leg but was unable to do so.
He looked up at her, scared now. “I told you before,” she said smiling, “you cannot fight a ghost.” He went rather pale and Kat kicked him twice on the head and he was down, and out, for good. But Rock, Mac and myself also lay on the floor bleeding from gunshot wounds. “Steve is bad Kat,” said Crystal with a very worried look on her face.
“You are his wife,” said Kat, “act like it, let him know you are here, hold him. Ambulances will be here soon.” That is when Kat realized Storm was still down in the bedroom and she ran for the hallway. Then she heard the shot and ran faster to the bedroom. She went inside and saw Karin lying on the bed with Storm lying beside her purring.
Meowr.=Me make oops and knock out human Karin when I Thwock gun from her hand. Ball bounce off gun and hit her head and knock her out. She try kill herself and me try stop her. Have big story to tell. All fine now out there? “Well, we got all the bad guys Storm,” said Kat quietly. Meowr?=You not happy though, how come not happy? “Rock, Mac and Steve are wounded badly,” she said, sitting on the bed beside him…

Steve`s Country 
This puts a new twist on the story. Karin being forced to act as Mr. Fenn’s voice. But she still had a choice and could have turned to Steve or the team on the sly. Storm was an excellent at the questioning of Karin and is doing his part to keep her alive.
It does not surprise me that Talbot was M’s cousin because he acted like him. Is Talbot dead or just down for the count. I know Kate’s kicks can be deadly but it might not have killed him. Hope the ambulance paramedics are not on the take and that the hospital that Steve, Rock, and Mac are taken to have no one on the payroll of Talbot. Serious injuries call for excellent medical intervention immediately. Trust no one else dies on your team.

Yes, it sure does. Well, she did try to contact me, but was caught and suffered for it. Whatever happened to her must have been bad enough to prevent her from trying again. Yes, Storm did things right, even preventing her from shooting herself.
Yep, Talbot and M were 2 of a kind. I think Kat played for keeps on this fight and Talbot will bother us no more. Two kicks from Kat should do the job, since one kick normally does it. The ambulances coming for us are from Baldwin Corp though they are taking us to a regular hospital. A Baldwin security team will clear the way at the hospital and we will have people with the 3 of us all the time. The rest of the team will be going after Joshua. But, I can see more trouble on the horizon for our team, something unexpected completely. That we will learn tomorrow.🤔👩👩😾😾😾😾😾🕵️♂️👻

It is good to have Baldwin security with you at all times but you are still vulnerable to whatever medical person that comes to treat you. Joshua has certainly been slimy and hard to catch. There are still those killers that are out there looking for you. Trouble does seem to follow you and your team.

Yes, that is so true, we will have to hope that the surgeons working on us are honest and not on Joshua’s payroll. From what we read in those papers, no doctors were on their list, so that is a good sign.
It is possible Joshua will be gone before our team gets to him and that would be bad. Then we will likely come against him another time. But, that would not be a first for us, it has happened many times before. One of those killers who always works with a team of men were the ones with Andy, and all were killed. But there is still the other one, a professional hit man who has never missed, still out looking for us. Apparently he picks his own time for the killing. He could be the most dangerous for us.🤔👩😾👻🕵️♂️

The hired cold blooded killer does not sound good. He needs his supply of cash cut off so he will go where he is sure of getting paid. I am glad the others were killed. There are many who sell out to the highest bidder. Hopefully, no one is on the take. A security man would not necessarily know if something or poison was being put into you. Also does security get into the operating room?

Yes, that hired killer will be a problem, unless we get to Joshua first, then he will realize no payment is coming his way and will leave. Kat and Crystal will both be in the operating room and security outside the room. Still no guarantee, but the best we can do in such circumstances.🤔👩👻🕵️♂️

Yes, having Kat and Crystal there will help. Trust the surgery and aftercare will go well. No more loss of life for Steve or his team!

Yes, I’m sure they will look after things quite well. But the unexpected from abroad will certainly dampen things for our team. More on that in today’s chapter.🤔🕵️♂️

Yes, things were going well, but we were ambushed. Hopefully things go well at the hospital for us. But more problems from abroad will be on the way soon which will be unexpected for the team.🤔👩😾😾😾😾😾👻🕵️♂️
