  1. Mr. Finkle did not follow protocol. When another government wants to extradite someone to another country there has to be a formal government request that is presented in a court of law. The judge will hold a court hearing on the evidence and decide whether the individual can be extradited. There has to be a legal contract between the two countries to do this. If there is not a diplomatic contract for this, there could be as many warrants as they wanted and it would not be honored. No one that is legitimate comes with kidnapping to get cooperation but criminals. Very skillful handling of this man to get his cooperation. The wheelchair is not slowing you down!

There very well might have been a connection between Engle’s adoptive parents and criminal activity. However, there must be something of great value that could be claimed by them, that brought the criminals to kill them. Quite a mystery.

    • Yes, it is quite amazing that Finkle would think he could get away with what he was doing. And then using kidnapping as a backup plan, that was not very smart on his part. Amazing that the criminal organization would even use a man like that. Finkle did not seem to know what he was doing, or he drastically underestimated our abilities.
Yes, whatever was stolen must have great value that they would still be looking for it after so many years. It really doesn’t make much sense. But the cats were right about one thing, something real dangerous is coming our way, but not what we expected at all. We find out in today’s chapter.πŸ€”πŸ‘©πŸ˜ΎπŸ˜ΎπŸ˜ΎπŸ˜ΎπŸ˜ΎπŸ˜ΎπŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
