For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Happy Mother’s Day to all of you amazing and wonderful mothers, grandmothers, wives and looking to be mothers one day! You definitely deserve more than one day of recognition each year.

The Fragrant Waterlily, above, was my mom’s favorite of all wildflowers.
My mother passed away quite a few years ago, yet her memory lives on in all that she did for me and taught me throughout our lives together. I still miss her greatly and think of her often.

She also loved these Harebells.
Today I am showing some of the wildflowers that she really enjoyed. I was hoping to have this out sooner, but my internet was not working. Sigh.

And these Twinflowers, very tiny and very fragrant.
I hope everyone is able to enjoy this special day and God bless!
Steve and Muffin.

Yes, I like waterlilies too and some of our lakes and ponds are just full of them. Harebells are one of my favorites, I probably got that from my mom.
