For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hello everyone! It is another cloudy day, but a bit milder than the last couple of days. It got cold again on Tuesday, and Wednesday wasn’t much better. But today is supposed to be a nice, mild day again and the temperature is presently 48F (9C), and it should go higher this afternoon. But then it’s back to cold on the weekend and basically staying that way next week.
We are supposed to get a snowstorm coming through tomorrow as well which could give us quite a bit of rain at first, even a thunderstorm is possible. Then it will change to snow and we could get 6 inches (15cm) of snow. But, spring can be that way sometimes. Kind of up and down. That’s kind of how I have been feeling lately. Up and down.

That’s why my blogging has been so erratic, it is just so hard to concentrate. Some days I just can’t think at all. That makes it hard to write, or read. And I enjoy doing both, so it can be a bit frustrating at times. This is what is called “brain fog”, and it’s no fun at all. Also, my RLS and PLMD have been extra bad lately, that usually happens in spring.
Both of those affect my sleep, meaning I don’t get much sleep at times. I’m not complaining, just chattering, since people have asked and this is a good way to answer everyone’s questions all at the same time. Anyway, some time ago, about 2 weeks I think it was, I began what was supposed to be a series on plants. Indoor plants.

Just talking about some things including which plants are easy to care for, which plants are good if you have pets, how to look after your plants, repotting, what not to do with your plants, which plants are good for cleaning the air in your home, lots of fun stuff! Fun if you like plants anyway. Hopefully everyone will enjoy the posts.
Mainly this will be about things that I have learned over the years for what to do and not to do with indoor plants. If you would like me to talk about some specific plants that you have, let me know in the comments and I will try to help you out. However, I don’t know anything about growing those large kind of plants that are kind of like indoor trees.

“Freckles” Geranium.
I would like to grow them, but I have never had the space for them, and mostly, they are toxic for pets, which is not good for me since I have a cat. So, I guess this is part 2 of our plant series, but things will get better. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and God bless!
