    • Nope, going to be colder tomorrow, and windy too. I’m hibernating still until the snow is gone. Here it’s supposed to transition into colder than normal weather for the last half of the month and into April too. Hopefully they are wrong, but they’re usually only wrong when the forecast is nice. Oh well.šŸ™„
I must sign off now, just too tired, I need my bed and hopefully sleep better tonight. Have a good night Dusty and I will be back for more chatter tomorrow!😃😓😓

  1. I did,I did! It reminds me of some of the first cases you had when you started the investigators. I can’t wait to see how this case unfolds!šŸ˜‰šŸ˜

    • Yep, something a little different this time.
It was cold today, only 15 degrees and yet we started getting light freezing drizzle around 5pm. Going to make things slippery.

  2. Freezing drizzle? At that temperature? Wow! That is very unusual. That means you’re gonna be indoors for a while yet.
If you go to Facebook and lookup the S.M.A.S.H club site you’ll see a video of one of my flights of the Army plane I built. It was from last Thursday. It was taken by another club member. If you’re interested.

    • Nope, all done for now, but I did rearrange some of them again, it wasn’t working quite right the other way. I really didn’t do much today, still too tired, I didn’t sleep well again last night.

    • Officially it was 5am, but I was up for a while at just after midnight, then again at 2:20, each time staying up for a while then having a hard time getting back to sleep. Plus it was after 11 before I fell asleep last night. sigh.

  3. Yikes! You’re beginning to sleep like me.🫣 I hope tonight will be better. Hey, my neck is feeling better this week. I think it’s because of the warmer weather we’re having. Although it doesn’t matter why. I’m just glad it’s better.

    • Warmer weather can certainly help! Yes, I hope it’s a better night too. And with that I must say good night. Have a great night Dusty and I will be here tomorrow once again.😃😓😓

    • It was a bit better, but still not normal, maybe tonight. There was a bit of excitement around here yesterday, and today. Huge police presence yesterday, well, three officers came to my neighbor across the hall. Today a couple of ladies telling him his options for a lawyer, and other things. They talked in the hallway, no one wants to go into his apartment, except the police yesterday did.

    • Well, his “girlfriend” is involved in, um, shady activities, so who knows, maybe he got involved too. They have tried to evict her, unsuccessfully, and I thought perhaps he might be next. He is a danger to this whole building.

    • There was another guy that was evicted in January who was known for selling drugs, plus having underage girls come to his apartment and it took them 14 months to evict him. It has to be proved in court first.

    • Oh, I thought I might… then I will do… after that there’s always… then I might relax the rest of the time after all that activity. I like to keep my options open. I’m going to our furniture store one day to check on a new recliner, mine is getting worn out and uncomfortable, it hurts my back if I sit too long.

      Liked by 1 person

    • Aha, a good indication it’s time for something new. I checked one store already and we have two of them. The first one didn’t have one my size, they were all way to big, which is what most people want. Now to see what the other one has.

  4. That’s the problem with this one I’m sitting in. It’s to deep for my short legs so I can’t get back far enough in the seat to sit upright and if I do get back far enough it cuts of my circulation.

    • Yep, that would be my problem too with most of these chairs nowadays. The one I have is a perfect size for me, but apparently this size is hard to get. Sigh.

    • Don’t you have any huge city close by? You know the kind, one that has more than 2 furniture stores.
Well, gotta go again, getting late, must get to bed, before I fall and hit my head. Have a good rest tonight Dusty, talk again tomorrow!😃😓😓

  5. Hi, no flying. Way toooooo windy. Maybe In the morning if it doesn’t rain. Otherwise, yep working on my planes as much as my back will allow me to at a time.

  6. Well I sure hope so. I don’t like to hear you’re not sleeping well. That can be a bad slippery slope to a bunch of health issues you don’t need.

    • Yeah, I know it, every day I’m tired and fighting to stay awake. Oh well, we’ll see how things go this week. Part of the problem is missing Muffin, didn’t think it would bother me for so long. Hmm, it’s raining out.

  7. Well, it’s hard when you lose someone that’s been with you for many years. You need to start a project that gives something to concentrate on to occupy your mind so you don’t dwell on it.

  8. Exactly! My phone is at only 14% battery šŸ”‹ life, I will stay as long as it lasts but if it dies and I don’t respond that’s why. I have an inductive charger, but that’s in my bedroom not my living room.

    • Wow, letting it get low! I need to sign off anyway and get to bed. Have a good night Dusty! 😃😓😓
The next chapter is out and tomorrow’s chapter begins the real excitement!

  9. I must have left an app open or something. It usually lasts all day above 50 % so I was surprised by the low battery warning.
    Good Night 😓 🄱 🌃 šŸŒ™ āœØļø Sleep well!

  10. No, no flying today. It was nice enough to go. But the guy who’s been helping me was clear coating a plane he’s building and needed so assistance so I went for a few hours to give him a hand.

    • That was nice, helping each other out is part of the fun in hobbies. Nice here today, 43 with showers, but dropping down to 23 tonight and getting colder throughout the week. Going to be very icy tomorrow.

    • Well, it’s a start. Maybe I’ll find something while at the store that isn’t on my list. Or not. Not easy to find something to occupy my occupying time. Oh well.
Well, must call it a night, that time change made me tired so I’m falling asleep. Have a good night Dusty and I’ll be back tomorrow.😃😓😓

    • Yep. Good morning Dusty! I remembered to look for something to help my occupation stay occupied. Amazing, but I did! However, I didn’t find anything. Not even a plant to buy. Sigh.šŸ™„šŸ˜’

    • Oh my, those are terrible things, I haven’t had one in years and I don’t miss them! They can make it hard to think or concentrate. I hope it doesn’t last too long for you.

  11. Just one so far. I tried going without it for a while today but it was horrible, it was throwing off my balance because the other ear was trying to compensate.

    Liked by 1 person

    • Good morning Dusty! How’s the ear today? We actually had a beautiful, sunny (all day) day today!! However, no melting, it was too cold for that. Still, it was nice to have the sun shining.šŸ˜ŠšŸŒž

  12. It’s better (somewhat) at least I can move my jaw without a piercing pain in my ear.šŸ˜‚ But not completely gone just yet.
I’m glad to hear you had a sunny day! It can sure help the attitude when you haven’t seen it in awhile.

    Liked by 1 person

    • Well, at least there is improvement, so that’s good. Yeah, that sun makes the altitude look higher up here when you don’t have those low clouds covering everything.

      Liked by 1 person

    • Hey, it ain’t that warm to sit outside! And it’s way too slippery out there, that rain Sunday just turned to ice after melting some snow and everything is covered in ice now. Plus no melting temps are expected until one day next week, then back to cold again. Sigh. My nurse just left, she gave me such a good massage, concentrating on one particular area that has been terrible today. Feels much better.😊

    • It is kinda nice, especially this time of day.
Starting March 23 they are going to do more work in our building, fixing the sewer pipes this time, the main pipes under the building and out to the street. That means no using the drains, toilets and no water until they are done. Not during the day anyway, at night we will be able to use things normally, as long as nothing goes wrong. Hopefully it will only last for 2 weeks, or 3, maybe longer.

  13. What are you supposed to do for bathroom facilities while they work during the day?šŸ¤” It doesn’t seem like they thought that whole situation through…

    Liked by 1 person

    • Well, we can still use our toilet, we just can’t flush until night. But I think there are going to be people flushing during the day just out of habit. However, that will delay the process so it will take longer. They are also going to have a heated portable washroom outside in a trailer, but that will have steps which many people living here can’t use.

    • The sewer pipe is old and continually breaks and leaks, which isn’t healthy. They keep patching it, but it keeps breaking, so they want to put in a new pipe before there ends up being a major break and they would have to evacuate the building, which would be difficult.šŸ˜±šŸ™„

    • Hmm, you might be right, perhaps I should add a morning nap after my exercising. Oh, I forgot, I need to check my mail tomorrow too, walking down and up 6 floors is quite a workout!

  14. A little cardio is good for you ya know. Ya don’t want them ole saddle bags growing on your hips.šŸ¤šŸ˜‚
But stairs are good exercise. I managed to get my vertical and horizontal stabilizers mounted on the fuselage today. Tomorrow I’ll attach the elevators and rudder and then I can set the travel for all the control surfaces and then hopefully I can fly it on Friday?šŸ¤”šŸ˜

    • Stairs? Who’s talking about stairs? I can’t do stairs with my knee, I use the elevator when I walk up an down.šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
Wow, you have been busy! I didn’t know you had an elevator for your plane, is that so you can work underneath it easier?šŸ¤”šŸ›©ļøšŸ¤Æ

      Liked by 1 person

    • Precisely, and 200 feet down the hall each way, plus two trips, then walking down the elevator, then to the mail room, y’know, it adds up, and down. hehehe!šŸ˜‚
Well, must get to the ol’ bed again, but I’ll be backward again tomorrow. Have a good night! 😃😓😓
