The Investigators, Inc. The Case of Jazzy’s House. Chapter 12. Looking.

  1. Love the determination of Jazzy to get across the police line to look at the hole of destruction. Somehow, it seems unlikely that the group would have been safe from a secondary explosion, just being nearby. It was a good thing the girls and Jazzy went for a second look. Angel grabbing your hand before the explosion was a wise and expected move. But it did not protect you from the injury to your head. Good thing that Kat was able to heal it.

All of you must have been covered in dust, gray hair and everything is gray until everyone is cleansed from the debris of this case. Hope that Koffman is brought to justice and does not get away with the explosion. He has had too many chances and his attorneys should not be able to get him off this time.

Your chateau is really expanding and it may be that you have to go on more cases to get some rest! You probably will not rest long until the next case. It sounds like Jazzy just might become an Investigator.

    • Yes, everyone was still too close since another explosion could have sent rocks flying quite a distance. I think Jazzy knew that and decided she wanted a closer look at things. She does have determination. Yes, Angel knew that if danger was near then I needed extra protection. We will see in our next case that the injury I had was after the fact when Angel tried moving some rocks away from me and one fell against my head. So, I was fully protected.

Yes, we were all covered in gray dust from that explosion and needed cleaning. It’s doubtful Koffman can walk away from this one, especially if some of his men are willing to testify against him. Providing they live long enough to do so. That’s true, he has had enough chances and never learns. It’s time to stop him.

Yes, good thing we have lots of property for expansion. However, this expansion is not for the Investigators to enlarge their numbers, just a place for women freed from sex trafficking and needing temporary accommodation and hopefully a new life working for Sienna. Yes, I think Jazzy just might be thinking of joining us now. At 38 she would be our oldest woman, and a real help to us. šŸ¤”šŸ‘©šŸ‘»šŸ˜¼šŸ•µļøā€ā™‚ļø

      • Good to know that Steve is surrounded by so much good help and was kept safe during the explosion. Will have to work on his safety in the aftermath.

Hopefully, Koffman with get his just dues from something other than the justice system that is flawed and can be bribed.

Good thing that there is room for expansion at the chateau, as you will need it in the future.

      • Yep, it would have been better for me to just have called Sky, she would have been able to get me even without space to get in. Good part about being a ghost. Guess this shows our ghosts are ghosts, or have something quite special about them anyway.

I think those that Koffman might have considered friends will be the ones to end his life. No real friends in that business.

Yes, I don’t think we will get any new additions for the Investigators from this latest group of women, except hopefully Jazzy. But maybe one or two will ask to join. I think Friskie will want to. šŸ¤”šŸ‘©šŸ‘»šŸ˜¼šŸ•µļøā€ā™‚ļø

      • Hopefully, Jazzy will like staying with you so much she will not want to leave. Friskie will want to be an Investigator. You learn new things every time and calling Sky would have been a good idea but it did work out. You do have ghosts, how else would they do things?

      • I’m sure Jazzy will finally decide to stay with us this time and Friskie definitely will. Having another ghost will be a good thing, even if she can’t do everything the other ghosts can. Yes, they must be ghosts, there’s no other explanation for some of the things they do, but then, what about me? I’m not a ghost but I can do some of the things they can. Hmm…šŸ¤”šŸ•µļøā€ā™‚ļø

      • Ir is a good question, “what about me? I’m not a ghost but I can do some of the things they can.” Yes you had a total blood transfusion from Sky. The life is in the blood. It is a scientific fact that things are passed in the blood. A person getting a blood transfusion will change the foods they like, a teetotaler may become a heavy drinker, and even their eye color may change. You got certain things from Sky’s blood but still have the ability to be knocked unconscious by a rock to your head, The scientific name is cellular memory. There is a case study you can look up on the internet about a child that was murdered. The heart was transplanted to another child who had nightmares, saw a license plate and was placed in a trunk of a car. The parents of the child too their child to a psychiatrist. Turned iut the last thing the murered child saw was the license plate of the murderer. Long story short,, the murderer was found through the license plate and DNA 9f the murdered child in the car trunk You have some of Sky’s DNA and cellular memory.

      • That is interesting for sure! I have heard about people changing quite drastically after a heart transplant and that would make sense. Yes, the life is in the blood, I never knew that even a blood transfusion would cause such changes, but that makes sense too and would fit so well with my character. Thanks so much for sharing this!

  2. That was a close call….🫣😬 Maybe you should consider retirement šŸ¤”? Everything kinda runs itself. You could consult from time to time possibly. Ah… naw, we’ve been down that discussion road b4. It’s just not you!
Anyway, I look forward to the next case!

    • Everyone keeps saying I should stay at home and just coordinate things, it would be safer. After all, they don’t want to lose their Leader. However, I’m a hands on type of guy and staying home doesn’t work out too well. That’s what led me to run off and hide for a while, which is where I met Celestine and she helped me find myself again. Now, what’s next for us? What about Koffman? What about Jazzy? What about Friskie and Steffie?šŸ¤”šŸ‘©šŸ‘»šŸ˜¼šŸ•µļøā€ā™‚ļø

    • I’m sure we will find out more in the next case. Koffman had said he wanted to talk with me, but did he mean it, or was it something he said to get rid of the immediate pressure being applied to him?

  3. I think he wants to partner with you. He may not realize your not a criminal. Maybe you could use that to bring down other corrupt organizations? You know don’t tell him, just string him along and get some other names and organizations.šŸ¤”

    • I think he knows we are not a criminal organization. However, that’s why we have the Black Wolves, they are our criminal group, complete with police profile which we produced with the help of Rossana who is our police connection. So, if anyone checks, the Black Wolves are just a typical criminal organization from Canada and now with a foothold in Europe too. That’s also why they don’t live with us.
