  1. Warren Hampton reaped what he sowed. He showed that he could not hide from the consequences of his actions. Deborah is certainly interested in Steve and thinks she is an expert on his activities. She must think she needs to know about all that is going on with those that oppose him.

What is wrong with Steve getting some fresh air from his tower office? He has trained his people well and it is a compliment that each one has learned their jobs so well that they don’t have to ask you. The team can accomplish much as they are united. Steve is in transition and the Investigators still need him very much.

    • Yes, he didn’t escape from his crimes like he thought he would. He showed no mercy to his victims, not even his family. Deborah is trying to figure out what makes me tick and why I have certain alliances with criminals and whatever else. Whether she is just trying to get to know me to avoid me, or is trying to gain knowledge to destroy me is anyone’s guess.

Fresh air comes in the window, but there’s more to enjoying the outdoors than the air and I’m an outdoor person. Being trapped indoors with nothing to do while others are doing the work is not what I had planned for the Investigators. It will take a longer transition time for me to develop a new routine where I can be safe and yet be a part of the case. If I’m not involved in the cases, then it’s time to retire. However, retirement would not make things safer for me or others, so there has to be a way to do this correctly. Do the Investigators still need me? They seem to be doing just fine without me.πŸ€”πŸ‘©πŸ˜ΌπŸ‘»πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

      • Steve is feeling uncomfortable with all the change taking place. Yes, he is very important to the Investigators and the organization would not last long without him. He is the heart of it. His knowledge and strategies are needed. He can remain an outdoor man but he may have to change more than he finds comfortable. He has worked at transforming many criminals and those caught in sex trafficking and drug abuse. If they can transform and go through metamorphosis, so can Steve!

      • Yes, I imagine it will just take some time to adjust to this complete change. The fact that the team seems to forget about keeping me informed about what is happening, however, does make things a lot harder though. It just makes it look like they see me more as unnecessary now and that doesn’t help. They need to keep me posted about what is happening, news, who is who so I can feel like I’m still part of the case.πŸ€”πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
