The Investigators, Inc. Mystery of the Disappearing Family. Part 2, The Mysterious Mr. Flynn. Chapter 1.

PLEASE NOTE… This is a continuation of the Mystery of the Disappearing Family, but there has been a turn in the story with The Investigators now looking for Mr. Flynn. So, the title of the story will change accordingly from this point on, thank you.

Nico has been sent back to Brazil where he can rejoin his gang, or be killed by them, which is the most likely scenario. He killed Pacca but proving it would be a challenge and he would likely just be sent back home anyway. Steve was attacked by Nico as well and given a type of unknown poison which has nearly killed him. He would have died had it not been for quick thinking and action by Jennifer, with Kat and Sky keeping me alive. Once again Sky is sharing her unique blood with me as she has done before, but this time more of her blood will be entering my body.

Samantha is not sure what this will do to me, but without it I would definitely die. At least this way I have a chance. The team has found out that the man behind this attack on us is the mysterious Mr. Flynn that we have met before. Well, we have met his people before and once we met someone claiming to be Mr. Flynn but it turned out not to be him. He is a very dangerous man, not just to us, but to many people around the world, especially women and children that he uses in his large sex trafficking business. He needs to be stopped, but how do we find this man?

We have determined that he uses others to play the part of Mr. Flynn and that way he keeps himself out of danger. So far we have not found anyone that would turn against Mr. Flynn and tell us what he looks like and where to find him. Right now Kat and Jennifer are once again in the top Leader position and as such are making all the decisions at the moment. “So, we know that we must find this Mr. Flynn,” said Jennifer to Kat, “but how do we even start?” “Well, Nico was working for Danny and paid by Mr. Flynn for this job,” said Kat, “so, we need to talk with Danny and find out what he knows.”

“Plus, we need to find out where he keeps his money,” said Jennifer, “that way we can slow him down a little by relieving him of that money.” “True,” said Kat, “but I think he may be the type to keep much of that money in his own safe at home, not in the bank. So, we are back to trying to find him.” “That wasn’t very helpful Kat,” sighed Jennifer, “but I guess that means we are heading back to Brazil.” “Afraid so sis,” replied Kat, “once we know that Steve is out of danger we can head off to Brazil.”

Jennifer then left the clinic and joined the others in the library, calling for a leader’s meeting. Aari will have to join via computer since Sky can’t bring him over. Kat and Sky are also joining via computer since they can’t yet leave me. Dawn, Misty and Hannah are in the library with Jennifer. The ghosts are in attendance for this one as well, plus Storm, as he is leader of the cats. We are thinking of splitting the cats into 2 teams now that we have so many, but for now it’s still one. Galyna, Celestine, Valeria, Helene, Jazzy, Ivy, Amber and Yana are also included. Cristy is there for notes.

“Wait until I get my hands on that man!” exclaimed Misty. “What man is that?” asked Helene. “Mr. Flynn, of course,” replied Misty, somewhat annoyed at the question, “have you been sleeping?” “And how do you know he is a man?” she asked again. “Would a woman be called MR. Flynn?” emphasized Misty. “It is possible,” said Helene, “it’s a good way to throw people off and therefore keep her identity safe.” Misty stood there blinking at her. “We’ll find that ruthless woman no matter where she hides!” exclaimed Misty, “By the way Jennifer, isn’t taking Nico’s money from his bank account called stealing?”

“Well, Mr. Flynn murders, kidnaps, and steals women and children for his sex trafficking business,” said Jennifer, “now, is it stealing?” Misty stood there blinking at Jennifer. “Cristy, find that woman’s money and take it all for our orphan fund!” said Misty. They talked about many things and got a lot of ideas from everyone, but the first thing to do is find out where to look for the elusive Mr. Flynn. So, our criminal girls began by asking their sources to see if they had, or could find, information about Flynn’s whereabouts and identity.

It actually didn’t take too long, the next day in fact, and one of Ivy’s sources called her and said she had a photo of Mr. Flynn. She also told us that Flynn is indeed a woman, but she didn’t know where to find her. Then she asked Ivy if there was some money involved. Apparently she is on the run from a man named Salmon. This man is quite dangerous and higher up in the criminal world and he wants this woman dead, quickly.

She doesn’t really know where to go where she will be safe, but for now she just wants to put as much distance between him and her as possible. She also doesn’t have much money, only $1,200. Since that is Canadian dollars, it won’t take her far if she is planning to leave the country. Jennifer told Ivy we would pay her $20,000, if there was a place we could send it. Finally Jennifer and Kat decided to send Ivy to meet with this woman. Her name is Kalene and Ivy said she is a very trustworthy individual.

Then Jennifer asked Ivy to see if Kalene would be willing to fly over to France and we could protect her here plus give her the agreed on money. She was in Toronto and was able to get a flight to France that same day and the girls would pick her up at the airport. Ivy went along with Misty’s team and 4 ghosts for protection. Kalene knows Ivy and trusts her, so it was important for her to go. Soon the girls were back with Kalene and Ivy was busy introducing her to everyone…
