For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Good morning all! I hope everyone is feeling well and that you are enjoying the day. Don’t forget that smile today! And spend some time outside drinking in all the beauty around you. Yes, there is, just look around and you will find it. And to help you on today’s journey, here are some pictures to brighten your day.
A herring gull above watching me. All those rocks are underwater now.
Above is the spreading dogbane, a very pretty wildflower with a terrible name.
And here, above, we have the wild bergamot, another beautiful wildflower which isn’t too common in this area.
Another autumn picture, McLeod Park, where we had one of our coffee chats this summer. Can you spot the Canada goose in the picture?
Well, that’s all for today’s pictures, I hope you enjoyed the assortment. It’s a cold morning here, -9C (15F). If this keeps up we just might see some ice on that lake soon. I hope that you all have a wonderful Wednesday and God bless!
