Then we have his mate, a female mallard.

Finally, this flower is a wild columbine.

The Dove…A Fun Poem.
THE DOVE
This little bird that I see,
Always making fun of me,
Running around at my feet,
Looking for a tasty treat?
Always cooing, like a pest,
Never giving any rest.
But will he sit still for me?
No, he’ll hide up in a tree.
Everywhere I go it’s there,
Staring at me, with no care.
He’s laughing too, I just know,
How could a bird stoop so low?
I will do it and I did,
This here bird just can’t stay hid.
Use some patience and some bait,
Picture comes and not too late!
