For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
This is a poem I wrote a few months ago and then misplaced it. Finally found it yesterday so decided to share.
FRIENDS
There’s nothing like a true friend,
Always having time to lend,
One who’s there to give a hand,
Always by your side to stand.
One you know that you can trust,
For a good friend, that’s a must.
Good friends stay whate’er betide,
E’en when troubles open wide.
Friends are special, that we know,
Do we really show it though?
We should be a friend that’s true,
Then we’re bound to get a few.
One thing that we always know,
Good friends help, they’re not just show.
Friends are not just for pleasure,
Think of friends as a treasure!

Hello to everyone on this beautiful sunny Sunday! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. And in keeping with my new Sunday posting schedule, here are some pictures for you to enjoy. Below is a male mallard duck.
Then we have his mate, a female mallard.
Just a nice scenery picture along the river.
Finally, this flower is a wild columbine.
I hope you have enjoyed today’s pictures. Have a great Sunday and God bless!
Steve and Muffin.
