For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
The day has finally come for our team to head out and rescue the two friends of our girls. I no longer sense trouble so I have relaxed a great deal. As mentioned, Kat, Sky and Carine will go along and so will Sapphire, Rochelle (since both know the language fluently), Colette, Catalina, Nakedra and Alizea. Each one was picked for a particular purpose.
Then there is Rock, Oskar, Bear and Burk, who will stay with the jet. They have no room for error with their flight time since they cannot stop anywhere to refuel. They will enter the country after dark and will leave before it gets light. That way they should be back in friendly territory by the time it is just getting to be daybreak.
It doesn’t give much time, but it will be enough, if there are no problems. Kat, Sky and Carine will be going in as officers in their country’s secret police service and the other girls will also be in uniform, but not officers. Kat is fluent in the language too which is why she gets to be the Colonel. Sky and Carine learned a little before leaving, and hopefully it will be enough to keep them out of trouble.
They refueled at a location fairly close to the border of this country, then, after taking off, they turned on their camouflage which should effectively make the jet invisible to all radar. As they crossed the border it was completely dark. They followed a route that would keep them away from towns or cities, and it was an amazingly straight route, which was nice.
But our team needs an official car to use, and it just so happened that there were several located at a special meeting taking place along their route. The girls parachuted down and landed in an open field not far from the spot. They ran quickly to the place and Sky had one of the cars started in no time. Off they went, hoping that no one would miss their car until the next day.
Rock discovered an abandoned airport not far from the penal colony and was able to land that small jet without any difficulty. Bear contacted the girls to let them know where the jet was located in case they needed to run off fast. The girls had no trouble getting through the gate once the guards saw Kat’s uniform.
As the car headed to the main building, the guards called ahead to warn them that a Colonel was on the way. There was a young Captain in charge while the regular Colonel was away and they had to quickly get her out of bed and in her office before the visiting Colonel entered the building. Kat, Sky and Carine were escorted into the Captain’s office.
“You work late,” said Kat. “Yes, I’m busy always,” she said, “what can I do for you?” “First you can stand and salute!” Kat snapped at her. The Captain immediately stood and saluted her. “I’m sorry Colonel,” she said, “I was not told who you are.” “Put that person on report,” said Kat sternly, “you should have been told.” “Yes Colonel, I’m very sorry,” she said.
“Now, I wish to question 2 of your inmates,” said Kat, “get them for me. These are the two I want.” The Captain called and said to bring the two women to detention room C for questioning. She then led Kat, Sky, Rochelle and Sapphire to that room and was going to stay, but Kat said she did not want her around during the questioning. Kat did say to leave the 2 guards behind in case there was trouble.
That seemed to make the Captain more relaxed and she went back to her office. Once the Captain was gone, Kat and Sky put the 2 guards to sleep. Then they quickly removed their uniforms and they had regular clothes underneath. Rochelle and Sapphire began talking to their friends and let them know they had come to rescue them.
Natasha and Celeste were not quite sure if they should believe their friends who had abandoned them 2 years before. But Rochelle and Sapphire told them what had happened and why they couldn’t try to contact them. But now, working for a team called The Investigators, they have the ability to come back to rescue them and take them back out of this country to safety.
Both Rochelle and Sapphire were crying at this point as they pleaded with their friends to believe them. The girls had put out a scrambler so they could talk freely and Sky had disabled the security cameras. However, if anyone was actually watching those cameras, then guards would soon arrive and likely an alarm would be activated.
That would mean fighting their way out, something they preferred not to do. Unfortunately Natasha and Celeste thought this might be a trap so they could be shot trying to escape, making it look legitimate. Apparently that has happened before at this penal colony. Kat then went and opened the door, pretending to let Colette into the room too, even though she had been there all along, but kept invisible by Kat.
Colette wasn’t with Rochelle and Celeste on their vacation, but she was good friends of both girls. She then tried to convince Celeste too and having her there helped Celeste believe that this rescue was legitimate after all. Celeste and Natasha shared the same cell and had become friends, though they tried not to show it, otherwise they might have been split up.
Celeste was now able to convince Natasha that the rescue was real. Meanwhile, Carine had stayed behind with the Captain and she had Alizea and Catalina with her. The Captain seemed to be nervous having Carine with her and watching her. Just then the Captain got an emergency call letting her know that the sound and cameras in Detention room C were no longer operational.
The Captain got up to leave, but Carine put her to sleep before she could leave the room. Then she opened the door and called the receptionist in, saying that the Captain had fainted. The receptionist came immediately and once in the room Alizea shot her with one of our sleeping darts. Both women will be sleeping for about an hour.
Carine then communicated this information to Kat. Shortly after this 2 guards came running into the office area looking for the Captain. Alizea and Catalina were waiting in the outer office area and shot the 2 guards with sleeping darts. Carine then warned Kat about this as well and told her they need to move quickly now.
Just then 2 other guards came to Detention room C, but Kat had locked the door. The guards began knocking telling them to open the door. Kat did so, allowing the guards to enter the room, but her and Sky put the guards to sleep as soon as they came into the room.
Kat then told the girls they must make up their minds in a hurry because they must leave before an alarm is issued. Natasha and Celeste smiled and decided to come along with our girls. Meanwhile, back at the jet. “Hey Rock,” said Burk, “come take a look at this…”

Hi everyone! I back again today because today is special day! You know what special day is today? I tried to tell my human what special day is today. He stare at me with blank look on his face. That look is quite normal for him. He have it all the time. Sometimes I think he live in different world than me. I point to flowers he has on table in living room. He not get it. He think I try to tell him they need to be watered again. They do. But that not it. So I touch hand when he lean on table to reach plants to water them. He still not get it. He going to though. He supposed to get me special food today. I not think he remember. I bring in pink flower pot. Not know why he have pink flower pot. He say he not like pink flower pot. So why he have pink flower pot if he not like it? He say it came with flower he buy. Very strange. Anyway, he see me with pink flower pot and he say, “Oh, does Muffin need more water?” He go and get me some fresh water. He just do that few minutes ago. I think his memory go bad. Or maybe it just go. I think that it. Oh well, I try one more time. This usually get his attention. It not do any good, but it fun anyway! Chomp! AAAAAA!!! Now we run around apartment! Here’s a list of what NOT to give her for Valentines Day:
– A box of chocolates, clumsily rearranged in an attempt to hide the fact you ate all the caramel ones.
– Flowers from a hospital’s gift shop–or worse, a mortuary’s.
– Poetry, no matter how heartfelt, that starts out “There was once a girl from Nantucket…”
– Any household appliance, power tool or any other item from Harbor Freight.
– Any food item with the words “diet,” “light,” or “high fiber” on the label.
– Any clothing item with the words “push-up” or “slim-down” on the label.
– Anything you could have bought at the gas station mini-mart on the way over, even if you didn’t.
– An apologetic look and the words “That was today?”

My wife and I were at my high school reunion.
As I looked around, I noticed the other men in their expensive suits and their bulging stomachs. Proud of the fact that I weighed just five pounds more than I did when I was in high school, the result of trying to beat a living out of a rocky hillside farm, I said to my wife,
“I’m the only guy here who can still wear the suit he wore when he graduated.”
She glanced at the prosperous crowd, then back at me, and said,
“You’re the only one who has to.”

The worst thing about history is that every time it repeats itself, the price goes up.

That it everyone, see you again on Monday! Happy Valentine’s Day to you!
