For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Jennifer kept telling us things about the 3 sisters and Christopher which just made me more angry. We had to stop that family somehow. Then I got an idea which just might work and we would not have to get involved. At least, not yet. ”Why not let Francis and Christopher fight it out together?” I suggested, “They hate each other, so it should not be hard to get them fighting.”
“That might be quite easy,” said Jennifer, “the best thing would be to tell Francis where to find Christopher.” ”Great, draw me a map of that compound where he is hiding,” I said to her, “all the buildings, the best way in, what surrounds the place, what kind of security system he has, anything you can remember.” ”I can tell you much about that place,” she replied, “I lived there long enough.”
So, while she was getting all this information together, I called Aari and told him the plan. ”That should work quite nicely,” he said, “if they really do hate each other, they will indeed fight it out.” ”I will send the information as soon as I can,” I told him, “then you take over on your end. Afterwards there will be another job for you and your team. I will tell you later and I will send some of the girls to help if you think it will be necessary.”
“Sounds good Steve,” he said, “I will let you know how things go on this end.” Jennifer told me that Francis always has access to at least $2 million in cash, something I mentioned to Aari to help him out a bit in his dealing with Francis. Aari received everything I sent him so he contacted Francis and told her what kind of deal he had for her.
He would basically give her Christopher for $1 million. She said yes and they met at the same sidewalk cafe, only this time they each brought a man with them to carry the money. She still had her killer dog and Aari still had his man with a rifle in the window. He brought John with him since he knew how to act his part without telling him what to do.
John and the other man sat at a table next to Aari and Francis. John checked the money and gave the nod to Aari. ”Okay,” said Aari, “this is where Christopher hides out with his girlfriend and 12 men. This is an old part of a military compound that Christopher bought 10 years ago to use as a hideout whenever he needed to get away.
There is no security around the perimeter of the place, but there is a security system in the main building, with cameras at these locations. There are 3 doors, this one is always locked, this one is open during the day and this one is never used. These are all the rooms inside, this is where Christopher and his girlfriend live.
He has a secret way out of his living quarters through a tunnel which comes out in the woods, right here. These are photos of the place.” ”That is amazing detail,” she said, “how did you get all this so fast?” ”I like to find things quickly,” said Aari, “it saves time. Sometimes the right amount of money can buy information from the right people. In this case from another girlfriend that was not too happy with him.”
Francis laughed at that news. ”He always liked too many girlfriends,” she said, “he went one too many this time and it will be his death.” ”Just remember that this way in is open,” said Aari, “the woods are close to this side and fairly close to this side.” She then left with her man, and dog, while Aari and John went their own way with Rock picking them up very quickly and driving away.
“Job is done Steve,” reported Aari. ”Blueberry, her mother and the kids are safely hidden away,” I said, “now comes your next job. Christopher hired Bertha to kill Ralph so he could inherit everything. Bertha and her daughters did it and they were very good at making it look accidental, so, she gets an annual payout of $500,000 from the company insurance.
So, prove that she killed him. The police will cooperate with you since they believe she did it, but have no proof. I sent Sapphire, Ginnifer, Tracy and Cinnamon to help you with this one.” ”Now Steve,” said Jennifer, “there is another problem and this one is for you. I am sure you have heard of Shark?” ”Yes, a big guy,” I said, “that was killed in our last case. He worked for Lauren and a rather nasty creature.”
“Yes indeed, he was,” she said, “and he also has 2 brothers and a cousin that have vowed to kill you. And they are not to be taken lightly, all of them have killed before and it does not bother them at all to do so. If Lauren helps them, and she likely will, they will find you quickly. So I would suggest you should be guarded 24 hours a day right now.”
“I agree with Jennifer Steve,” said Mandar, “you must be protected securely and Sky as well.” ”Sky could probably be brought home to recover,” said Kat, “it would be easier to protect you both here.” ”Okay, I will check with Dr. Kerstina to see if that would work,” I said. Kerstina said that would be fine since Sky was doing remarkably well, something that truly surprised Kerstina…

My husband works as a service technician for a large exterminating company. One of the rules of the company is that he has to confirm each appointment by phone the night before his service call to that household.
One evening he made such a call, and when a man answered the phone, he said, “Hi, this is Gary from A to Z Pest Control Company. Your wife phoned us.”
There was a long silence, and then my husband heard the man on the other end say, “Honey, it’s for you. Someone wants to talk to you about your relatives.”

After leaving the racetrack, Joe bumped into his old friend Jon on the bus.
“Say,” Jon said, “How’s it going?”
“Going? You want to hear one of the most amazing things that ever happened? Tell me, what’s today’s date?”
“July seventh.”
“Right. The seventh day, of the seventh month. I go to the track at seven minutes past seven. My son is seven years old today, and we live at number seven, Seventh Avenue.”
“Let me guess,” Jon interrupted. “You put everything you had on the seventh horse in the seventh race.”
“Right.”
“And he won!” Jon sighed.
“No. He came in seventh.”

Life is like a helicopter. I don’t know how to operate a helicopter.

While out bicycling one day with my eight-year-old granddaughter, I got a little wistful.
“In ten years,” I began, “you’ll want to be with your friends and you won’t go walking, biking, and swimming with me like you do now.”
Carolyn shrugged, “That’s okay, because in ten years you’ll be too old to do all those things anyway.”

Well, that all for today everyone! Have nice day!
