For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Hi to all of you!😺 I had lazy kinda slow day yesterday, so no funnies for you. But I back today with a couple to share. We get snow, then we get ice pellets (whatever they are), then we get rain. So strange. My human say it slippery outside, so I tell him to stay inside. We have good discussion about it. My motto, “biting speak louder than words”. I do biting, my human scream louder. Oh me, oh my, I laugh till I cry.😹 Here are funnies for you today…
“I am not tired, my batteries are just low.”
“I am so good at sleeping that I can do it with my eyes closed.”
“I do not need an alarm clock, Muffin jumping on my stomach works a lot quicker to wake me up.”
Hehehe!😹😹 That all for today everyone. I hope you all have a very nice Wednesday!

Good morning! It is cool this morning with a temperature of 18F (-8C) and it would feel colder with that wind out there. And it is cloudy once again. We did get some more snow on Sunday through to yesterday morning, but it was warm enough that some of it melted, but we still ended up with an extra 2 inches (5cm).
Tonight we are supposed to get another 2 inches of snow and maybe some freezing rain with it. But, starting on the weekend and for about 7 days, the temperature will be above freezing. So we might just lose the snow we have. It will be interesting to see if that forecast is true. Right now it is very slippery out there. It is actually better for the temp to stay below freezing once we have snow.

This is the sunrise out my window, the main part is at the far left, but it covered a large part of the sky.
Less ice that way. I saw a lot of deer yesterday, mainly after I went shopping. There were 17 in total, but in different locations. I did not take any pics though. I would have if there had been some bucks among them, but not one was in sight anywhere. It is always a bit harder to get pics of them. Getting a doe or fawn is quite easy since they are the most common.

This shows the main part of the sunrise, but it is through the security netting. The color did not last long this time, but it sure was beautiful.
I have begun a new woodworking project. Kind of surprising considering where I live now, but it is quite a simple project, I am making a new kitchen table. Some of the wood I bought was too long, so I had to saw them shorter. It did not take long to do it and since I just used a jig saw it did not make much noise. My vacuum cleaner is louder. I will give some updates on my project as I go along.
I will not be working on it every day, so it will take a while to get it done. It is not going to be fancy, but rather very plain. But it will be nice and solid. That is important. It needs to be plain in design due to where I live, I cannot make too much noise or people will complain. So, the noisiest part is now done.

This is looking straight out my living room window.
I mentioned we had another beautiful sunrise the other day, so today I am showing a couple of the best pics from that one. That is 3 great sunrises we have had lately. Where I lived before, I could never see the sunrise very good due to a hill being in the way. Here it is great, except for that security netting getting in the way. Sigh.

Then off to the left side a little.
Then a couple more pics after our latest snowfall. Not really much different than our first snowfall. Oh well. That is one drawback to living here. I will try something a bit different the next time it snows. Hmm, the sun is actually shining just a bit, looks so nice. Well, time for another cup of coffee. I hope you all have a fabulous day and God bless!
