Hello once again! It has been a couple weeks since our last Country Pleasures photo, so it was time to get back with it again.
The photo above is a definite summer scene around here with many lakes and ponds having water lilies, sometimes white water lilies and sometimes there are the yellow water lilies like this one shown here today. They are a real part of summer and can bloom from early July into early fall. I always enjoy seeing the first water lilies. Have a beautiful Sunday everyone and God bless!

Nature’s Amazing Art! #8
Good morning everyone! Chilly days and chilly nights, plus the sound of blue jays calling to each other. That says “Autumn” in a very real way around here. Summer is short, but the beauty is exceptional! And then there is the amazing art we can find in nature. Like the pic below.
There are some fallen trees and the one on the bottom looks like a giant head of some animal, mouth wide open, ready to swallow something! Yes, I do have a vivid imagination at times. But it does make things interesting at times. Have a great day everyone and God bless!
