A Nice Poem For You
Good bye my city by the sea,
In so short time you gave to me,
A love for things I never knew,
I must come back and visit you.
Now it comes, I must leave today,
Sometimes I don’t know what to say.
Such beauty that I leave behind,
And someone who is very kind.
I wish to come again to be,
Spending some time beside the sea.
Feeling the breeze upon the land,
Gazing across the sea so grand.
As I leave on this sunny day,
I think, what more is there to say?
But thanks for all you’ve done for me,
And beauty that you helped me see.
