Daily Pics 2020…#32.
Good morning everyone! The day is just beginning to wake up. Muffin is at her post by the window making sure no one invades her territory, specifically a certain cat that keeps coming around here. He’s the same size as Muffin, all black, and not very bright. If Muffin was outside she would tear him to pieces. This is her territory after all and no one else is allowed. Except Scrappy. Her boyfriend. Hmm, it looks like there might be some clear sky out there, not much, but a little. Won’t last long though, we are supposed to get a bit more snow later today and through the night. With some possible freezing rain too. We had freezing rain yesterday morning which put a nice layer of ice over everything. Which made for some difficult walking outside. It’s still winter.
But instead of winter, let’s look at more summer, sunny flowers…
Here is another hollyhock flower, darker pink than the last one. Look at the beautiful pattern in those flower petals.
And here is an unknown white flower with just four petals and a nice sunny yellow center.

Hey, she picked him, he’s my landlord’s cat, an old cat. They have never met close, but Muffin would fight for him any day!

Yeah, so true. Poor Scrappy can’t defend himself and Muffin just seems to know that.
