Good afternoon everyone! I’m very late today getting this out, but I’m really not feeling well. However, I wanted to share some bright flowers with all of you anyway. All of the flowers are a nice white with yellow centers. The featured image is a potentilla, then we have a nice ox-eye daisy, followed with a couple of beautiful Iceland poppies. I hope you will enjoy them all.

Hey, same temp as here, not bad. Going down to 18F tonight. But up to 40F next Saturday, which is hard to believe after all this cold.๐ค

True, I can’t remember it ever warming up so much here after being cold for so long. But it will be helpful for all these little birds that got stuck here when the snow hit us. They will have a chance to leave then. Might be lonely at the bird feeders though.

Going to have a long wait, nothing but clouds in the forecast. First day I haven’t seen him for a couple weeks now. He’s a funny bird and nice to have around, though he does eat a lot!

I had to be on the deck several times putting out food, busy day for birds. Are you kidding,๐ณ he can sit on the bird feeder which is 8 feet from my window and still see me inside my livingroom!๐ฆ๐

A very severe attack of back pain yesterday which is still with me. Basically I’m just sitting in my recliner, too hard to lie down. Usually this particular pain only lasts 2 or 3 days, which is good, it would be hard to handle any longer than that.๐ฌ

Thanks Simon, I don’t need a check up for this, it’s just something that happens sometimes, nothing can be done except extra pain pills.๐คช It takes 3 to 4 weeks to get an appointment with my doctor anyway.๐ณ

Oh, did he complete building that part for helping people? he is a good man, and keep having an appointment every week โบ๏ธ no body is going to know if you have come or skipped an appointment ๐ how is your pain now? is everything alright? is the pain subsided ? still on pills ? Yep, the new clinic for the homeless is open now. He found a couple other doctors to help with it too so he can keep it open longer hours and still keep up with his other patients too. Actually I never have a day without medicine,๐ just some days have less medicine than others.๐ The pain is getting better, but not gone yet, maybe by tomorrow.๐ I’m off to bed now, good night and good morning Simon!๐๐บ๐๐๐ด
