I don’t like when that happens, which is too often sometimes. I wish my brain would be busy in the daytime when I need it, but that’s when it wants to sleep!🙄🙄😴😴🤯🤯

Yeah, I don’t like it either… but I’ve learned to not fight it… find something to occupy yourself with something that’s not to exciting, mostly quiet and eventually your mind will slow down and go to sleep!!
