I going to start talking about benefits of being outside more. Most human people not spend enough time outside, but it very important. Being outdoors actually make you want to exercise more. You not need gym membership, whatever that is, no transportation, no special kind of equipment. Human people use too big words. Just walk outside your door and go walking. Can do many gym exercises outside at park or in own yard, a simple incline, a pull up bar or steps can be used for good exercises. Even push of the wind and uneven ground can help burn more calories.
