We been talking about being outside more and that a good thing for body. But it also good for other things. Being outside is good to make anxiety, stress and anger go away, and that important to make you feel good all over. Exercise also good for this, but it better if you exercise outside instead of being indoors in place called gym. Not cost anything to be outside too, so that more benefit. Sunlight help to keep serotonin levels up, human people need to use small easy to say words. Anyway, serotonin help to give you more energy and help to keep your mood calm, positive and focused. Being outside just keep getting better and better. Next week we find out more ways it help us. Hope you all have meowvelous week! Bye now!
