Wildflower Of The Week. #14

Hi everyone!

Here is a nice sunshiny flower for our day, the “Fringed Loosestrife”. The flowers are about 1 inch (2.5cm) across and hang downward which makes them a bit tricky to photograph. I held this one up so it would make things easier. They are often found in wetter areas but will grow most anywhere. This one was growing on a rock hillside in not much soil. They are a very beautiful and bright wildflower and it is always a joy to find one of them. Have a great day and God bless!
