Hi everyone! Well, it may not be perfect, but it is hard to get a bee to look directly at me so I can take its picture. So far this is the best I could do, but it came out fairly well I think. They love these bluish/purple flowers so that is where I spend most of my insect photo taking time now. Just kind of sit and let them surround me. I have been getting some nice bee pics this way, also other insects as well. Have a great day everyone and God bless!

Hello Steve I am sorry for not paying attention to your blog or other blogs for a long time. I am sort of stuck waiting for shoulder surgery. I have waited 18 months already. I was told it might be another 10 months to have the much-needed surgery to repair my shoulder. I like your pictures of the Bee and the other ones you took. I am glad I stopped to see your blog today, Steve. God bless my fellow Blogger !!

Hi Someone! Sorry to hear of problems, that is a long time to wait for surgery! Sorry, but your comment came through as just “someone”, so I am trying to think of who this is. Sigh. Could it be James? Thank you for taking the time to check out my blog again. I do hope and pray that it will be quicker than 10 months! Things have gotten so slow for even necessary surgeries, it’s terrible. God bless!😊😺

Well that’s cuz they panic around them and swat at them…

Should never panic around bees, or wasps, good way to get stung. I try to stay nice and calm, but, sometimes two bees start to fight, then they take it out on me! That’s usually when I get stung.😬🙄🐝

Yeah, with all the flowers around they still have to fight over one flower. I also noticed that more often than not, the smaller bees attack the larger ones.🤔🙄🐝
