The Beauty of Flowers. #6

Good morning everyone!

I hope your day has started off well. Today we have an interesting wildflower called “Indian Pipe”. These are one of our wildflowers that have no chlorophyl, therefore they lack any green color, or for these they lack color totally. Although they do come in a pink form as well as this white form. They feed off decaying matter such as leaves. Generally they will grow anywhere from 4 to 8 inches (10 to 20cm) tall. I am always excited to find these unusual wildflowers and these are the first white form ones I have seen in quite a number of years. Have a great Sunday everyone and God bless!

    • You wouldn’t have them in your area, they only grow in forested areas, usually heavily forested where it stays shady most of the time. Glad you enjoyed this one!😊😻📷☕☕
