The Beauty Of Flowers. #8

Hello once again on this beautiful, sunny Sunday!

On my last walk to the river there were a lot of asters blooming in different places along the path. There were at least 3 different species of them too which was nice to see. These ones today are the “Arrow-leaved Aster”, which is one of our more common asters. They can be found along open wooded areas, trails, and roadsides. Basically most anywhere that is mainly sunny. They are a beautiful and cheery fall flower which are enjoyed by bees, butterflies and flower flies. They are very hardy and continue blooming late into the fall. Have a wonderful day everyone and God bless!

    • There are quite a few varieties of asters around, this is one of the more common ones in our area. I always enjoy when they begin to bloom. There are also white varieties too.πŸ˜πŸŒžπŸ“·
