For a smile as wide as a country sunrise
Good morning and Happy Saturday everyone! Today we start something kind of new where I will post a photo of a wildflower each Saturday morning, hopefully a bit earlier than today. I enjoy wildflowers even though most are quite small. But they have a delicate beauty that really makes them shine. And some, like the “Birdfoot Trefoil” shown today, are very bright and cheery.
They are originally from Europe but have been in North America for more than a hundred years, so they are now a well established wildflower here as well. Bees, butterflies and flower flies enjoy these beautiful flowers. Have a great weekend everyone and God bless!
