Tuesday’s Tidbits. #10
Hello to everyone on this rather chilly day! It was -6F (-21C) this morning, and it is not warming up fast. It was beautiful sunshine for most of the morning, but the clouds are moving in once again. On the plus side, with the clouds is coming some milder temperatures for a couple of days. On the minus side, the clouds are also bringing a bit more snow, not very much though, only a couple of inches.
However, this time of year we really do not want any more snow. But, it is March, and that means snow and usually a lot of it. I was out this morning trying to get more pictures of the birds. My fingers and toes nearly froze though. Just sitting still like that, it is hard to stay warm. And I cannot use my heavier gloves and still use the camera properly.

Oh well, my fingers are nearly back to their normal color and I can move them properly once again too. Today’s pictures of the Boreal Chickadees are all from yesterday. I am getting some nice pics of them which is so fantastic! Admittedly, the one with him spreading his wings is not the best, but I still think it is cool. He is just taking flight in that photo. One of the Boreal Chickadees is getting quite tame and he came very close to my hand today.

I keep hoping I can get a pic of one sitting on my hand. I think that would probably be my “photo of the year” if I could get it. I will keep trying. It is getting closer to actual spring all the time. So I have begun my spring cleaning in earnest now. I like to have it done before spring actually gets here, because then I want to spend my time outside, not inside cleaning.
Well, to be honest, I do not like cleaning at any time. But it needs to be done, and Muffin refuses to do it alone. She does not mind helping though. She cannot move furniture around, so I need to do that part. Of course, my doctor does not want me to move furniture around either. But it needs to be done, or the cleaning cannot be done.
This one is just to show it from the back. They are a beautiful little bird.
However, I have ways to do it that makes the job easier so I do not hurt myself too much. I will tell of the fun as we go along. Well, guess it is time to head outside for a while, before that sun disappears completely, and see about more pics. I hope you all have a very enjoyable day and God bless!

Did you somewhere mentioned? The temperature is going to get better? 🤔😅😅 Don’t get frost bite too often, as you mentioned I feel frost bite is no joke, is it ? Painful 😱 … Dusting is quiet a task these days, my ancestors words come into the head often, we all come from dust and go to dust – see we might dust some of our ancestors or neighbours, why bother them? Let them stay for a while 😂😜 Maybe muffin is hesitant for that reason 🤣🤣. Don’t stress yourself much, don’t stretch much too. Stay warm, lovely pictures 💖 keep posting such beautiful pictures 😍 Have a good day 🥰 and a sweet night now ❤️

Yep, the temperature is going up, sort of, a little bit, not much really.🙄 Oh well, a degree or two is better than nothing I guess. Oh, my poor fingers today after being outside in that cold.🌞😲 Such pain as they warmed up, it’s just terrible! Well, those relatives can go bother someone else for a while!🤨 I want peace and quiet and no sneezing from all that dustiness!!😏 Don’t stretch? Too late for that one, oh did I hurt myself stretching this time!😟🤕 You did not hear me say that however. Just forget all about it. Nothing happened. Thank you so much Simon! Ahhh I hear the Muffins groan here in India, that means you did something, can you not spend a day without hurting yourself 🤣😅. Oh my god, hope you are okay. Um, I have gone through a whole day without hurting myself. I think it was May 21, 2018. I’m okay, really, lots of pain, but okay. It will be fine tomorrow. Not serious at all, it happens a lot, just pulled muscles, a few days and all will be well, a week or two at most.😟🤕🤔

Ahhhh… That’s quiet long ago. Yep, noy serious at all, fabulously short days of recovery, like when did you see a clear sky and a heavy snow at same time 😅😂🤣. Take care uncle Steve, it’s not the time to play, take rest, take photography and feed Muffin and yourself. Have a nice evening 🤗🥰

Yep, I’m resting, really, can’t move anyway.🙄 That’s because Muffin is on my lap😻😊 and moving would be dangerous with all of those claws of hers!!😟😟😼😂😹
