For a smile as wide as a country sunrise

Good morning and Happy Sunday everyone! Well, we never have to look very long, or far, to find some beauty in nature this time of the year. Though really, there is an abundance of beauty all year long if we really stop to look closely. And that beauty comes in so many different shapes and sizes too. Like these new leaves from a walnut tree shining so beautifully in the morning sunshine. Have a great day everyone and God bless!

Walnut trees? How fantastic

They don’t grow naturally here, these were all planted, one by my former landlord, the rest by squirrels burying the walnuts from that tree!

Steve, I appreciate the bright colors. I frequently walk along a former canal’s towpath. Numerous black walnut trees line the path.

Black walnut trees are not native to our area, but my former landlord planted one and squirrels buried the walnuts and some have taken root over the years so now there are several of the trees!
