Good morning everyone! It is a sunny, but still rather cool, morning here. And it is smoky again. That smoke is likely to be around all day and again tomorrow for at least the morning. Then a south wind should blow the smoke away from us. The birds are busy and the chipmunks were busy but for some reason they have disappeared. I am sure they will be back soon however. I hope you enjoy the summer pic today.

Muffin forgot her fun post this morning and “ow!”, she is sorry for that, “Ow!”, but I am sure she will get at it soon even though, “OW!”. Okay, I forgot her post this morning too, but it will be out soon, really it will. Have a wonderful day everyone and God bless!

We have lots of mergansers around here, but I’ve never seen the babies before. They are so cute. 🙂

Yes, those babies are cute. One time the mother had 18 babies! And most of them survived. It’s not easy getting close to them though.😊😸📷☕☕

Yep, I could hardly believe it when I saw all those babies with their mother. By crawling on my stomach and hiding behind grass I was able to get a pic of all those little ones too. Thanks Jeanne!😊😸
