Thursday’s Pic Pick. #4

Greetings everyone and Happy Thanksgiving to those in the USA and anywhere else who might be celebrating Thanksgiving today! Well, we have a dusting of snow on the ground again and it is much colder than it has been. It is early afternoon and the temperature is 21F (-6C), though it feels colder if you are in the wind.

But colder temperatures are on the way this weekend so I think that winter is finally here to stay. If the winter forecast is correct, it will be a cold and snowy winter ahead. Actually, colder than normal, so that won’t be fun, but, it’s winter after all. At least it will be nearly a month shorter than normal. Anyway, here is today’s pick for a pic.

This is a pine siskin on my hand eating sunflower seeds and looking at me in a rather strange manner. Perhaps he’s trying to figure out what I’m doing with that black box in my other hand! They are a fun and friendly little bird. Have a great day everyone and God bless!
