Oddities and Beauty in Nature. #19

Hi everyone! Here it is, the last day of the year! Tomorrow we begin a brand new year. Not that we will really notice anything different. Except the date will change and we will likely forget to write the correct date once or twice until we get used to the new date but except for that one small annoyance we won’t really be able to see anything new or different. It is cold today and it will be cold tomorrow. Here anyway. It’s actually getting colder throughout the day today, but the sun is shining so nicely. The temperature is presently -4F (-20C), but with the wind it feels like -24F (-31C). So, it’s a bit chilly. Not as cold as it could be, but still chilly. Anyway, here is today’s beauty in nature.

This is the seed head of the Canada Hawkweed, and it is amazing in it’s beauty.
